Fast answer and same day planning. Sensible help call charge. Serge was extremely proficient. Shown up sooner than expected, updated us as often as possible as to appearance. He got right to work, analyzed issue and offered fix choices. Made the maintenance and was coming. Everything works flawlessly now.

Sergei actually came early. It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the issue. Wasn’t the washing machine, it was the water heater. He showed me where it was leaking on the platform.

This gentleman was great, I spoke with him Friday afternoon, spoke with him about my washer and error code he broughg the part the next day installed it quickly. He is professional and friendly . Cleaned up before he left. I'm so happy I found a new appliance repair man !
