Service man was prompt and friendly. Seemed thorough. Gave suggestions of why the dishwasher was leaking but said it’s just as expensive to repair as it is to get a new dishwasher.

He was my technician. He was early, called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and explained everything in very simple terms. The repair was quick and He was very professional. And now my dryer is fixed!

I am very pleased with the service and promptness provided ! A belt on my dryer broke on Wednesday. I called around to a few businesses on Thursday. Only one got back to me and apparently couldn’t provide service from Medina to Fairlawn! I submitted an inquiry today (Friday) online, skeptical to hear a response back... I received text confirmation for an appointment and within 3 hours my dryer is fixed!! He was in and out in 15 minutes. He mentioned I might need a heat coil replaced as well, but after looking decided it wasn’t necessary.

He was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my washer, offered great insights on other appliances during our conversation. Professional and the cost was very affordable. Would absolutely use them again.

This company is probably the best service and best people that I have ever had repair anything in my life. They are honest friendly, reasonable and professional. I’ve had to have He come out several times over the past couple months. First the washer, then the fridge, and most recently the dryer. He always shows up on time, wears a mask while he is in the house, and is honest and efficient. I think his prices are very fair. I would definitely recommend him!
