Sergey came back to check the noise after replacing motor. He went above and beyond to fix the spray arm and gave me valuable tips on avoiding issues in the future.

He was very polite and professional. He was quick with the diagnosis, had the parts in his truck, fixed it quickly and ran the washer to make sure it ran smoothly! The only thing is that I wish they could be more precise of a time frame for the service call, but he did call when he was about 15 minutes away.

Sergey is the best !!! Fixed our Subzero ice maker. Another insurance appliance person told us dryer filter clogged needed maintenance. We chose Sergey to clean it, he checked all out with temperature gauge, flow gauge, took apart metal pipe, checked outside flow it was perfect, not clogged!!!!!!! 😊

Wasted time after already diagnosing failure reason of my microwave. Then proceeded to argue that thermal fuse and thermostat aren't the same thing and tried to charge more than quoted. I returned the person home and fixed it by myself.

Was also late and rude.

Called to get estimate to fix washing machine. Could not give estimate over phone even though I knew exactly what problem was and was quick easy fix
When came out estimated time to fix 10 minutes. Wanted $180 for labor on top of cost for part for 10 minute job.

Possibly replacement of a pump promised 3 different dates and made appointments and no part; since it could turn to to a main board. Unhappy with the wait then demand for payment when i told them I purchased a new machine….

The part was hard to identify since it was not clearly listed on the parts list. I sent a picture of the part and we were able to quickly get things rolling. Once the part was received our service was quickly scheduled. Our tech was nicely dressed and very professional. He was very knowledgeable and also reviewed the services they offerd since finding a good appliance tech seems to be harder these days. I would definitely recommend them!
