what a wasted of time!!!
My Heading system has a malfunctioning damper, so part of my house won't heat or cool properly. I told them this before they came. . . they arrived, spent an hour to determine that the damper is not working and they would have to order parts to get a new damper. . .over a week later, they said they can't do this repair????!!!! WTH? What a waste of time! Get someone good!

Also, odd that this company operates under 2 names. . . MS Services OR Same Day Heating and Air???

Most horrible experience! He said my air ducts need to be cleaned and that my furnace was fine. I YouTubed and did some trouble shooting which it seems like he did not do. My gas furnace does not even come on, and common sense tells me that this is where the problem starts. I should’ve just used YouTube

All communication was very clear. They came when they said they would. The estimate stayed true to the final invoice. All the team members were friendly and considerate. This is a great company.

Guy came out, looked at it for maybe 20-30 minutes, said thermostat needed to be replaced but was literally trying to walk out the door and leave. I had no idea on timing for next steps and he said they need to order the part and the office would confirm when it would be installed. Well, none of that happened and they called the service warranty place saying they are unable to fix it and now we're off to another company to fix....no communication directly with me after he left....awful after several days later.

The repair person came on time and completed the work within 25 minutes. The A/C works after he left .the 2 stars is given because he did not even come inside the house to check whether the A/C worked properly after he did the repairs . I asked him what did he repair . He responded in a rush way saying that he changed the switch on one A/C and the fuse in the second A/c. He was talking on the phone with his friend while doing the work and rushed out quickly without explaining to me properly what was done. I had to ask him questions and he seemed reluctant to answer . His attitude is rude and not professional . He should have taken time to come inside to make sure that the A/C worked properly before he left . He should also have explained to me what was wrong with the AC and what he did to correct the problem without having me asking him the questions . The work is guaranteed for 30 days . I hope that I do not have to call them back again .

I ordered the service through my home warranty plan. I was skeptical because I heard all the negative comments. My technician, Joanna, showed up on time. She is professional and knowledgeable. I am not familiar with my HVAC model at all, she gave me an 101 and walked me thru patiently. I only have positive comments about the service. Thanks, Joanna!

We have had two separate issues with our A/C and Furnace over the last month. Gabriel was our technician for both. He had a professional attitude. He listened to our issue, thoroughly looked at the equipment and resolved our problems quickly. He kept a clean work area. We were fortunate that they were not huge issues nor did he fluff them into larger issues. With giving us a hard sell he did inform us of other services they provided.
