Excellent customer service. I've been a customer for 7 years and they've always been great at what they do The servicemen who came out today, eere knowledgeable and very helpful. Everything was reasonabley priced and Iwould highly recommend this company..

Very professional company !! Everyone has been very polite and efficient. Our service technician, Joanna, was extremely knowledgeable and a fabulous person to deal with. Communications were also excellent by letting me know when they would be at the house and being on time.

This is through American Home Shields home warranty, but I called the next day to schedule an appointment. The lady answering the phone was nice.

The original schedule is for a 4-hr window, but once the tech got on the way, you get a text, which allows you to track the location of the van in real-time, which is nice.

Once the tech arrived, he was skeptical whether the part he had in the van would work, given the furnace is about 30 yrs old, said may have to replace the whole machine. I really hoped not.

I showed him a recorded video of the problem since it was intermittent. About 15 minutes later, the furnace was fixed, turned out to be something else.

Great experience! Everything was handled very professionaly and promptly including ordering parts and a follow up appointment. This saved me a ton of time and aggravation that I would have otherwise endured with AHS my warranty coverage company.

My heater stopped working. Same Day sent someone out very quickly to troubleshoot the issue. They were able to identify and repair the issue after ordering the correct parts.

I was able to get same day service in an emergency. The technician was professional and fast with repairing my a/c. Would recommend 👍🏾👍🏾

Feras Maher from Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating came today to repair my furnace that stopped from turning on. He diagnosed the issue quickly and repaired during the same visit. Kind, courteous and professional individual.

Very unprofessional. Would never recommend them to anyone.
They were sent to my home by American Home Shield.
Firstly, their technician didn't wear shoe covers while entering the house and roamed in the house with their outdoor shoes.
The problem that I had reported was "condensation on the ceiling air vents". The technician went into the attic just for the namesake, just took a cursory look at the duct work sitting at one place (no moving around) next to attic opening, and came down even without checking out the vent that had the problem. He was too hesitant (lazy) to crawl all the way to the vent and wasn't willing to do that even when I asked him to.
Took 6-7 days to submit their report to AHS, while they are expected to submit it within 24-48 hours, and I was following up every single day. And the diagnosis submitted was totally unreasonable (without enough details), due to which the claim/coverage was obviously denied by the warranty company.

Hamadeh came out to my home, and delivered the best experience I could possibly ask for. I was in need of duct cleaning which was long overdue.
Extremely professional, honest, on time & gave me a courtesy call 1 hr prior to arrival. Gave me advice on my ducts , cleaned 12 for me and was a gentlemen. Thank you for the best experience Hamdeh! I will def be using them in the future.
