I’m sad that “Same day” is just the name. If you have insurance then the appointment will be 15-20 days away. I don’t think my appliance will be fixed within 3-6 months. I know these companies’ and insurance company’s game. Let’s see how it goes.

Worst customer service. “Moe maher” did not fix our furnace but he told the company that he fixed. Now the insurance company says he is not answering them. What a shame! Never use this business.

I set up an appointment with Same Day Air Conditioning. During the timeframe they were supposed to arrive, they called me to say that someone was out sick AND they couldn't send someone else because the ONE truck they have for this area was not working. They also rarely answered the phone during hours they are supposedly open. Other times I was cut off after waiting on the phone for a long time. This company is not reliable and is very difficult to communicate with. My time was totally wasted.

We have two temperamental older gas wall furnaces that never seem to stay lit in the winter. Our warranty company sent out Same Day A/C & Heating and he got both running in no time.

1) Appointment was scheduled during 9:00am-12:00pm. but the technician arrived around 7:00am before the residents woke up.
2) The technician did not put the covers for electric control board and furnace back before leaving the property. The residents thought the technician would come back, but he did not. come back. The residents have to put the covers back by themselves for safety issue.
3) The technician said he fixed the issue when he was there. But the heater still did not work after he left. The ignitor does not turn on. When we tried contacted them to come back, The company said the issue is because the blower and evaporator were dirty. They asked us to pay high cost to clean the blower and evaporator in advance if we wish them to come back. But actually, the blower and evaporator are not dirty. It is the limit switch faulty.

The blower motor on our heater was not pushing the warm air through the house. The tech found the problem, replaced the part and got the heater working in less than 15 minutes!! Great service and great attitude.
