We just had Gabriel with Same Day Air Conditioning &Heating come out to fix our air conditioner through American Home Shield. Showed up on time, professional manner and knowledgeable about the system. Fixed the problem in about 15 minutes, gave me some tips on keeping the system running well. Would recommend.

My tenants had their ac go out in the middle of the heatwave. We called in the morning and they got out there in the afternoon. Their technician had it figured out and resolved inside of an hour of arriving. Would definitely use their services again when the time comes for a replacement.

Update 2022-07-12:
The representatives showed up around 9:45 am and started working on the installation.
The installation took more than half-day and eventually finished around 5:30 pm. The representatives are patient and did the testing and configuration after the installation was done. They also helped us do a free thermostat upgrade, which was nice.
We used the AC for the rest of the day and so far everything works well.
The next thing will be the inspection of the installation of HVAC to get a permit for it. We will see if everything checks out by then.

Update 2022-07-08:
They called me Wednesday and Thursday, and explained to me the delay was caused by the local supplier's website issue (starting from last Friday), which I do not understand why it would take so long to fix. But they offered me a workaround to find the same equipment and booked an installation date for next Tuesday (07/12) for me, and the inspection and permit process subsequently.
It is a good start and I look forward to the installation. After that, I will reflect on the experience in the review and adjust my rating based on the quality of the service.

Very irresponsible and irresponsive service vender, slow and does not keep its promise.
I contact them via AHS try to repair my AC. In the first appointment they told me that my AC was too old to repair, and they convinced me to do the HVAC upgrade and promised us they can get it done in 9 business days.
After we paid the 7000+ dollars for the upgrade, they become very passive and tried to avoid taking my phone call as much as possible to give me updates, and also gave me strange excuses that carrier's website is down so that they cannot pick up the inventory.
On the scheduled appointment date, they did not let us know if they will show up and kept us waiting, and also turned down our phone call.
It is very unpleasant experience and given everything happened I'm rating it with 1 star.

I am using there services through AHS (American Home Shield) which I see most of the 1 star reviews are from others like me. During my first appointment (6/2), the technician said that he fixed our downstairs a/c unit and that we just needed some refrigerant, only for us to realize that no cool air was coming out at all after he left. So I contacted them back to say the unit is still not working, so they set up a new appointment for 6/16 with the hopes of having things repaired before my grandparents arrived for Father’s Day. During that appointment, we were told that the issue is a part needs to be replaced and that he’ll have to order it and come back out. After that visit, we had still been waiting for a call for a return appointment but no such call came through so I contacted them and was told that AHS hasn’t sent over the part they need yet so they will call me when it arrives. I called back 5 days later to see what if anything we can do, because the indoor temps of our home is 81 by 11am and my family of 4 have been sleeping on the couch downstairs with fans blowing on us to attempt to stay cool. It was darn near impossible to even get in contact with them. I was put on hold immediately as the phone rang for over a hour 3x over 2 days and 2x when my husband tried. Finally, i got someone after pushing through and wanting to give up, i was told that they were booked out and couldn’t do anything. Then I let them know that I have children and how unsafe this was and magically an appointment came up for the next day, 6/29. So now we are on the 3rd appointment in one month with no success, I don’t have much hope for this one as well but fingers crossed.

Our tech was nice, on time, took his time and did a good job. Our puppy ate through your a/c wiring, while we’re glad our puppy is alive….we were without air. Andre repaired it and hid it so our puppy doesn’t eat through it again. We will definitely be using this company again!

If possible I would rate the company zero star. Very unprofessional, day time robbers.First of all they came to my house thru American homeshield. Sanad checked my ac unit and said the condenser unit has to be replaced it’s beyond repair, but they purposely submitted the diagnosis report for repairing and not for replacing the unit to my insurance company and insurance says my out of pocket is $875 but MS services plays double game they submitted a fake report and demanded $3654 from my pocket to replace my unit. When I have the insurance what is bothering this company to submit a proper report and do the needed service, whom are they trying to help?

Overall I am happy with Same Day Air Conditioning @Heating Service. Gabriel Service tech was very professional and he was able to identify the A/C leak and resolved the issue with in 1hr.
