    AC went out on hottest day of the year (114'). Called Cypress and the came out same day. Service Tech analyses performed and fixed. Tech was very professional and honest.

    Cypress Heating and Air was very responsive to my request for proposals and provided a price within my budget. The new equipment was on site and installed in a professional manner on the same day as promised and replaced our old combo pack that was 30 years old. The new equipment is well constructed and virtually runs inaudible. Anxious to see my Electric and Gas Bill savings. Great company, great sales team, great workers, working with a great product from Lennox.

    From the time I called and spoke to Joann I felt there was a lot of care at this company!! She was so kind. When the technician, Ivan arrived he was very professional. He was using mask, gloves and foot covers (which I sure liked in these times). Ivan explained things well and did a good job at fixing my heat/air unit. He also serviced it with great care. Thanks to all of you in these trying times!!!!!

    Overall, I'm happy with the work that was performed. Enrique Chavez is a true professional and obviously knows his business. I have no issue with how he diagnosed the problem with my system and got me up and running; however, I do take issue with the cost of the job. By the way, I wasn't told beforehand how much I was going to be charged. I trusted that your charges would be fair. Enrique spent about 90 minutes at my house and installed a 1-pole Contactor; the retail cost of that part is about $15.00. He also put in a new Honeywell thermostat, which retails for less than $50.00. My total bill was $644.70! Since your invoice doesn't break down labor and material charges, I'm left wondering why the invoice was so high. I realize you're in business to make a profit on each job but still, $55.00 in parts and 1-1/2 hours of labor seems very high. Now I know what Bob would say if I called him. He'd remind me that you've been in business since 1975 and you stand by your work. I know all that. As a customer, I would feel better if the invoice showed a breakdown of parts and labor charges. I think the customer deserves to know what they're paying for. Thanks

    I/we would definitely recommend Cypress Heating & Air Conditioning. Our unit stopped at the worst time during a CA heat wave, called at 4:50 pm on a Friday night and got a first next day, Saturday appointment. Rodney arrived promptly within time quoted, fixed our unit and 15 minutes later we had A/C again! Family owned company. I would give them an A+.

    Alex is competent and found out that the recent Power Surge in our house had caused the AC system shut down with no hardware damages. Recommended to install Power Surge Protection on the AC system to prevent future occurrences.
