I am very happy that we are a customer. We had a problem with our air conditioning unit during this major heat spell. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Manny and Ivan came out and figured out the problem and fixed our system. Fabulous company and very professional and responsive.

Alex did a great job of explaining what services were needed & how much the charges would be. Then he quickly took care of the repairs & servicing. We're very happy with the service we received.

Alex repaired the pump and I'm glad he has one available and surely enough the job was done quick. I have been doing business with them for 15 years and they are experts at what they are doing. I highly recommend this company.

Great and prompt service. Fixed my AC that was not blowing cold air. Changed the compressor and fixed the issue. Out the door in 30 minutes and house was cool again. I recommend them if you have any issues or just need maintenance.

The service rep, Cody, was polite, kind, and very knowledge! He installed a new capacitor and hosed off the unit. He was honest and explained all the options to consider. Cody is a stellar technician exemplifying great customer service! When we replace our ac we will definitely go with Cypress Heating and Air.

The technician Manny was both efficient and professional, and went over and above to inspect the ducting for possible repairs. We appreciated his thoroughness. He then came back and did the repairs and worked very hard to get everything right.

I have used Cypress service for three years and they did major work on the HVAC at my former home. I have been especially impressed by the professionalism of Ivan, the supervisor and estimator. Last month during the service of my AC system, the tech inserted the filter backwards. We used the unit for 30 days wirh the filter air flow the wrong way because of the technician's error. I called the Cypress office and got Kelly on the phone and asked that she have Ivan contact me because I wanted to know if this error on the part of their tech could cause an issue down the road. Kelly was dismissive and indicated she could not have Ivan get back to me because he was "in the field." I have not heard back from Cypress and will likely cancel my service contract with them. I just hope the carelessness of this company has not harmed my HVAC system. Receptionists like Ms. Kelly can really ruin a company. And we should not have deal with such unprofessionalism after we pay.

This is to let readers know that I appreciate the reply from Kelly at Cypress Heating and Air. I still would like to be reassured by a trained technician like Ivan, whom I have found to be a real expert both as an HVAC and customer service specialist. Also, I will be patient during these extremely warm days until such an individual can get around to replying to me, as I realize customers with systems that have failed are in dire need of service.

In the middle of a heatwave, our ac died. Cypress was responsive and helpful. Gary Alderete listened to our needs a drew up several choices for our consideration. The crew was polite, worked diligently and installed our units in a timely fashion. Our home was left clean at the end of the job.

Ivan was professional and quickly connected our air conditioning unit to the thermostat on a unit we thought was no longer working and not been used over 15 years. We were pleasantly greeted with cold air coming from central air throughout the house. We’ll done !
