Manny was great! Very professional and thorough. Attention to detail when cleaning up after the task was performed was so appreciated. He definitely takes pride in his work!

The company was called out to service my parents air conditioning unit and after assessing the problem Julian L told
my mother that he would have to flush the unit. He said he would
need her help as he needed the help bringing the hose in. My mother is 82 and he should not have asked her as multiple things
could have happened due to her age. But she did help and he then asked her for some rags because of the water that was left
on the floor. He did finish the job but upon leaving he left all the wet rags , she had to mop the floor and have to carry out a heavy hose .My father pays 75.00 a year for service warranty he has paid two years in advance but they were still charged 155 dollars
instead of nothing as they have the warranty.They spoke with Ivan the manager who did nothing to solve the problem.

Our Lennox iComfort thermostat screen went blank during the hottest days of summer. Luckily, Cypress Heating and Air was able to come out and install a new one. When I called to book an appointment the woman who answered the phone was so kind and knowledgeable. Julian was so polite and professional when he arrived. We will be Cypress Heating and Air customers from now on. Thank you.

Great experience, the arrived a little late but too be expected with the heat. Fred was absolutely wonderful. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and got our A/C fixed right away. Would highly recommend this company.

We have been using Cypress for the last 20 years. They installed our first HVAC and we installed a new one a year ago. We’re happy with their service and all the service technicians are very professional and knowledgeable.

Today Manny was sent to perform our maintenance. We asked about the loud sound and in our bedroom when the system starts up. He worked this issue before so he recommended we have a damper installed to correct the noise sound.

Cody Scoggins was professional and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us the problem. We were very happy with this service.

I feel very lucky to get a repair the same day the capacitor went out on a 100 degree day.
Back to normal operation with advice to start saving for a new unit before the prices go even higher.

Excellent service. Each time we have an appointment, they call ahead of arriving and send us a text with the technician’s photo so we know who’s showing up. Excellent all the way around.
