Service Tech, Phil, did a fantastic job at diagnosing and fixing our AC system that wasn't cooling. He has a wealth of knowledge about air systems and more. He explained details to us, and also went "the extra mile" to make sure everything was done and done right. We will definitely call on Phil Hartsell for our future maintenance checks and/or if we should need something outside of a regular service call. Thank you! 😊

Even though my unit was working, it was not cooling. I checked Google and Canyon was on top of the list. I called them on Monday, spoke to Bella, she listened, took my information and gave me an appmt for Wed. Before noon I got a call from Bella indicating that a tech could come the same day. Phillip, a gem, came checked the entire system to be sure that everything was good. Thank God, my unit needed to add cooling gas. Phillip also explained my options and prices. Most of us don't know about A/C, heating, plumbing, construction work, etc. With Phillip, I felt comfortable with his explanations, and I didn't have that feeling that I was taken for a ride. Also, I was very pleased when Bella answered the phone. She is what customer service should be. Respectful and polite. Nowadays, when one calls to a customer service, one has the feeling that the person answering the phone is being bother by the caller, and it is being rushed in most cases, or puts you on hold for long periods. Not with Bella. Because of Bella and Phillip, on my next A/C or heating issue, you bet who I am calling. Thank you Canyon A/S for having an outstanding crew.

Angel Fernandez was our tech. Personable, Professional, & very prompt. He kept us informed on issues he was taking on. Verbal communication and pictures were invaluable. Will recommend him and the Company to all.

We are very happy with our heater repair. The staff at Canyon Air was very helpful and pleasant. Our technician, Russell, was very courteous, neat, efficient, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem after taking time to duplicate it and was able to repair our heater quickly the following week once he got the part.

We have been using Canyon Air since they installed the system in our then brand-new house in 1990, and they have done an excellent job for us over many years. Phillip Hartsell analyzed our system and issues that needed repair last week, and was very helpful, informative, and friendly. We also really appreciated Mike assisting us with finalizing the proposal for a new furnace and ductwork. We have always been happy to have such a reputable and honest HVAC service to turn to, and recommend them highly.

I was having an issue with my heating and air system not turning on. Cesar came out and flushed the lines of condensation and cleared a blockage at the drain. He was professional, clean and polite, and happy to explain the process. Home repairs are never fun, but Cesar made it as painless as possible.

Russell was extremely personal/professional as have all of the techs that I’ve dealt with over the years from Canton Air. This business really makes it easy for customers to get issues resolved at a time when they might be stressed because of conditions at home once it gets hot. The best in the area without question.
