Cypress installed my HVAC and did an OK job. I recently purchased some air filters for my system. I called and spoke to Joanne and she identified my account and was able to place my order based on my installation. I waited a couple of weeks for the filters and when I brought them home, they were the wrong size. I called and spoke to Joanne and who said that she ordered the wrong ones and would place another order. There was no apology or some type of customer service to rectify the situation. New filters finally arrived and I went to the office again to return the old and pick up the new. Joanne stated the difference in price was $20 dollars. I asked due to the issues of ordering the wrong filters and making me travel multiple times, was she able to waive the cost. She told me NO! I asked her again politely and she smiled and said NO! This is totally unacceptable. She made the mistake and cost me more than $20 of my time that was needed to pick up the correct items. Joanne was rude and not helpful at all. I would find another place to buy your filters.

We had them install a heater in Monrovia. The guys were friendly and professional. Showed up on time. Overall I recommend them and would use them again.

Cypress installed the new heating and air system in my home and did a wonderful job! So, I called them to see about my mom’s system. They were frank and logical- hers was leaking coolant- replacement was needed. She has a new system and is very pleased with the service, the units, & new thermostat! Her house has never been cooler!

Experienced problems with a mini-split that was/is improperly installed by another vendor. Cypress came out and throughly diagnosed the problem(s); temporary gave me air/heat. I am pending legal action closure with the other vendor and WILL have Cypress reinstall my systems. I trust no other. Ivan was forthcoming from the start. Thank you! Cypress is the best!
