Accurate Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air

Jeff did an amazing job. All of Accurate's service guys are fantastic. I've used them time and again and I've never had an issue to talk about. I love their service from the time I call or text to make an appointment to when they finish their work. They are fast, clean, friendly and most of all, they know what they are doing. And at the end of the day, that's what I want and need.

Update - I was wrong. This company does not offer "100% satisfaction at no cost to the customer." (Pictures added to google)

My family has been battling leaks from the HVAC and Duct replaced by Accurate since 2020. Accurate came out to help, but just added sealant over and over again. The leaks continued to come through the sealant.

The Manager that lives in Arizona (Not in California) stated that the "curb" (base), and the return and supply "housing", is not Accurate' s problem. He stated that It is just a "piece of metal on the house" and that their workmanship was good. The problem was the base did not have a "backstop" to prevent the rain from entering the return and supply "housing". The gaps left by Accurate, and the missing backstop allowed water to flood into my home when it rained. This manager's lack sympathy and accountability. There are integrity issues, and he does not uphold the brand represented by Accurate.

Accurate offered to fix, but wanted to charge more to replace and to lift the HVAC with a crane.
I considered using Accurate again, but after speaking to a roofer, home owners insurance company, and another HVAC company. I was informed that Accurate' s decision not to help faster, by changing the base and housing, may have caused an integrity issue to my roof. It was a safety issue and I was no longer comfortable with having this company work in my home. I was afraid for the safety of my daughter, whose room is directly below the HVAC. Their lack of knowledge, and inability to let us know that the base did not fit the new unit , and that we should change it. That is scary. The integrity issues of the manager in Arizona was also concerning.

I will post the after shots of what we found when we removed the base and supply and return housing. It was terrible...

We did a complete install.
Accurate stands behind their brand, and after their service, I too, believe in their brand. They are not the most expensive, and they are not the cheapest. Perfectly placed in the middle, but their genuine demeanor and transparent conversation is what got me to buy in. It begins with Sherry answering the phones, amazing customer interaction and voice of the company. Chad the lead tech, he is genuine and knowledgeable and the reason we chose Accurate. He cared for my family and the fact that we are stuck at home for school and work. Eric the sales manager was completely transparent, anyone would want to do business with this person. The team that arrived was clean, hardworking, proactive, and really thought things out. From Jacob, and the guy in our crawl space (sadly did not get his name). Great company and the outcome was absolutely perfect. Thanks again!!! We had some horror stories before we found your team.

I used ELI and Lance to install 4 ring cameras, and they did some quality work. They went into my attic to get wires that would normally be hard to get. It was a hot day too, the attic must have been over 100 degrees in diamond bar. They worked all day to get the job done. I used couple electricians and these guys are by the best I had. I would use again for changing out my electrical panel. While they are not the cheapest, they do qualify work. And to me that’s worth more.

I needed Plumbing services for three clogged drains and Dan came out along with his partner and took care of business. The fact that he was able to unclog the main shower drain was amazing, I had a few other plumbers come try and couldn’t handle the job. But Dan handled it, his confidence told me this is the guy for the job and sure enough he didn’t disappoint. So far Accurate team has very high points with me. Keep up the great customer service and support.

Hayden and Gabe did an excellent job, showed up on time, and got my broken AC fixed same day!

Joshua was punctual, professional and personable and very thorough for my AC check up before summer heat. He gave me lots information and options. Now i have to decide which way to go. Altogether a good experience. I recommend this business.

This is the second time I use this company and they didn’t disappoint. Our technician, Paul was super knowledgeable, and reviewed several options with what we can do for ceiling fan installation and rewire work. He was polite, prompt and just a joy to speak with. I love their membership plan as well. Helps with more than just ceiling fans. Ditch the others and go with this company, you won’t regret it.

I called Accurate after researching a local company that worked on Daikin mini split systems. The team was very friendly and scheduled me for an appointment the very next day. Our technician Jeff arrived on time and was very nice and knowledgeable. He was able to locate the issue and make a fix to our unit that was not blowing cold air. After having several other companies try and fix our system with no luck, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Jeff and Accurate! I would highly recommend them for your HVAC and mini split needs.

Great work and super friendly technician for our HVAC/Duct needs! Jacob was pretty amazing! Also the cost made sense and for the quality of work it was fair. Also appreciated his manner of approaching issues and explaining why maintenance is a good thing and what repairs could be needed to give me as a homeowner knowledge and options. Was thorough and felt like we got to know him versus just coming to do a job.

10/10 would hire and will hire again.
