Accurate Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air

I was having electrical issues with my bedroom lighting and found this company thru Yelp. They responded quickly and were able to schedule me an appointment that worked with my weird schedule. On the day of the appointment Joe showed up in the states window and let me know when he was on his way. Joe was very professional throughout the service and did a quick, clean job. Will definitely be utilizing this company again and commend Joe for his friendly service. I also appreciate that he wore a mask throughout the service and wore shoe covers while in the house

This review is for Maria R. in Covina, Rod was very courteous and hardworking. He went right into the business as soon as he got into my house. Checked the filters (which really needed change) and then checked the vents if air are coming out. And, then went to check the condenser outside to perform the diagnosis. He showed what needed to be changed and I approved it and then he went on to replace them. He showed me how to clean the condenser properly. He’s very knowledgeable. He was also able to convince me to sign up for a maintenance plan- to which I think is a good idea. Overall we are very satisfied with his work. The home is much cooler now. Thanks to Stephanie too, she’s in top of everything too and very patient too. Thanks Rod, Stephanie and Accurate for giving us our money’s worth.

I've had to change my review from 5 stars to 1, but only because I can't give 0. My initial interaction with both their office and service technician was wonderful, job was done correctly and have had no problems with the work (Thermostat Installation) completed. The problem is that 6 months after the work has been completed, the office staff and management are harassing me for payment they have yet to receive. I initially booked and paid for the job with Angi/Home Advisor and Accurate was assigned to perform the work. When the Accurate Service Tech came to my home to perform the work, I added on an additional service of a HVAC System Check up of $49, and paid the tech accordingly when he was here. I also called their office soon after and signed up to be a Advantage member and again, gave my cc info to them for monthly billing for that membership. The service tech left my house that day, and all was well...or so I thought!
Now 6 months later, I'm told by their office that both the office staff member handling my account and the service technician were both new at the time, and payment to them was never made. With that being said, they've been calling and bugging me to no end trying to collect money from me that's already been paid. I have explained numerous times and to several of their office staff and management that it's not my problem that it was never handled correctly, but you would think that they would've handled it months ago? Anyway, I called Angi to try and straighten out matters on their behalf, and Angi verified that Accurate's billing dept didn't do their job correctly, and responsibility is on them. I will never do business with this company again! Stay away, unless you want them bugging you 6 months down the line after you've already paid! No one should ever have to go through this kind of nonsense, EVER!!!

Friendly. Fast. Efficient. 3 words im sure any business would be happy with. It felt like i already knew them. Both Eli and Johnathan were engaging and friendly off the bat. Diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. Busted braker. Found the part at the local home depot, and had it replaced within 5 minutes.
Gave a breakdown of the current status of my panel and made some suggestions for possible future services. Checked the outlets to make sure everything was in working order after installation.
Will recommend if asked about the services you provide.

My wife and I contracted Accurate to clean the AC ducts, we were extremely impressed first with Chad who came out to inspect the ducts and give us a quote and the next day with Paul, Jose and Jose who came to do the job.
Before they arrived we received text messages with the arrival time as well as pictures and information about the technicians, which was really cool. They all went above and beyond, Chad even inspected the attic for free. They were all extremely professional and informative and took the time to wear protective booties over their shoes before entering the house. Chad and Paul made sure they applied any deals available to get us the best possible price and scheduled everything for us. They all went above and beyond and offered some very helpful information and advice. We definitely recommend this company. We went ahead and scheduled some plumbing work with them as well.

I have used Accurate for previous electrical work at my home. Although Accurate may cost more than other companies, the way they conduct business makes me feel confident that the work they perform is up to professional standards. Mike and Joe (my service techs today) were friendly and professional. I also had great interactions with the office staff. They used both text and e-mail to keep me informed as to when they would arrive at my house. They also provided me with an estimate for some additional work I may have done.

Day one Chad dealt with floor furnace issues and analyzed problems effectively. He discovered a leaky water line that was the source of a noise issue that was originally thought to have been a potential gas leak. Another member of the team, Dan, was scheduled for the following day for repair of the leaking pipe. He gave me an estimate and repaired it efficiently. Both Dan and Chad were personable and professional, easy to do business with. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

This company has great customer service as well as professional service employees. They value customers time and communicate well to advise when electricians will arrive. This was nice because I hate when companies give you a 4-6 hour window and keep you on house arrest until they get there. Once my electrician arrived he asked what needed to be done. He quickly made his assessments and delivered high quality work. I didn’t have to clean up after the work was done and everything was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again in the near future!

Accurate installed a central HVAC system in our home 3 years ago. It has all of a sudden stopped working. The company is refusing to come out and service the unit. They have claimed they service LA and Orange County but are refusing services for us even though we are within LA County. I have seen their service vehicles in our area multiple times, most recently last week. I feel it to be unethical business practice for them to refuse service on a system they installed fairly recently. This tells me their company does not value their customers. We paid a lot of money for a top of the line unit that should still be under warranty. Accurate cannot be bothered to provide quality customer service. I do not recommend using this company.

I love accurate electric they are excellent. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable they were very professional and did an amazing job installing our fans, bathroom light fixture, and plugs behind our bathroom toilets for bidets. I highly recommend using accurate electric for any of your electrical needs!! Thank you guys!! And a big thank you to Joe and Mike you guys did an amazing job!! Definitely will be using your services in the future!! 😁👍🏻
