Right from the initial interaction with Jackie and Cherry, I knew that I had selected the best available. Eric and Ray were very efficient and courteous. They informed me of every step they were taking to improve our lighting. Their professionalism was exemplified by the fantastic job they did. I was very impressed by the way they cleaned up after finishing the job and left the house looking like there hadn't been work done, except for the beautiful lights they installed. They are definitely a "winning team." Thank you.

Entire process was flawless. Anna in the office was in constant contact for any issues that came up - and was always replying to any questions within minutes.

Chad and Eric who performed the installation were kind and total professionals throughout the process. Answering questions, giving helpful hints on making the new unit last longer.

Cannot say enough good stuff about this company and the people they employ. Hated spending the money - but my family and I know we made the right choice with Accurate after the phenomenal service and professional service they provided from the start to the end of the project.

Recently had a wall that was starting to show discoloration. The team said they might not be able to make the immediate turnaround, but with there prompt texting, I was able to share a picture and they showed up! Super grateful for this crew.

The use of the term "Tune-Up" as in your mailer, has all ways meant charging the unit with refrigerant!
Your tune up does not include the refrigerant, this is very deceiving! Because of this I will not use your company in the future!
