The work done on installing the new thermostat was done in decent amount of time. Most important the installer was very nice and took extra time to install my filter in the hallway at no charge he gave the extra mile to do everything including explaining everything done to work the new thermostat.

From the time we spoke to Joanne (customer service rep)who was very delightful to Eric who provided us with relevant information about the company and our options to Chad who installed our AC with the assistance of Eric as well.
