Everyone is soo helpful. Truthfully, I am happy to be a customer because the turnaround time for their services is quick and the customer service reps are amazing. Every tech that has come over to our place has had a great attitude and are very knowledgeable. It is important to me to have that level of service available because it is already difficult enough navigating the world of new home ownership. This is one less thing to worry about.

A good company for us starts when the person on the other end answers the phone. We were immediate greeted with amazing service. Everything was done to get us worked in an already full day plus they were kind professional and listened to my concerns. When Chad arrived he listened to our problem did some diagnostics, found the problem, fixed the problem and explained everything he was doing. Great customer service and professional. We are sticking with the company from now on. If your looking for professionalism, good quality work….look no further. Call them! You won’t be disappointed!

Kenny came to install a new ceiling fan for us. Since it was new location he had to run power to the fan as well. Polite, courteous, efficient and no sign of dirt left behind. We will definitely use Accurate Electric again and will request Kenny.

Lance was great and completed all the various electrical work I needed done very efficiently. He was professional and very courteous and even took the time to help me get my new Ring doorbell set up on the app. Was very respectful of my home. I highly recommend Accurate!!!

I had whole house fan installed and my service techs, Kenny Thomas and Carlos Flores were awesome.
They completed the install and showed me how to use the product.
They cleaned up when they were done as well.
If I could give 10 stars I would.

You'll get texts and emails with upcoming appointment info, a bio of the service person that will be coming, and a heads up for when they're on the way. I will be using them in the future for sure!

Joe was my technician and he was great. He installed two ceiling fans for me and replaced two bathroom exhaust fans. One of the fans was making a funny noise and he stayed and worked on it until it stopped. I appreciated his persistence. Accurate is very professional and responsive. It shows they value their customers. They are worth the money you will spend to have comfort knowing their work will be done right.
