We like to have our AC serviced before the hot weather comes at us full force. A complete diagnostic check and cleaning was completed after making an appointment for an early AC tune up. I had my tankless hot water heater flushed by Jonathan Garcia. His customer service was great! He was very thorough in his explanation of service being provided and advised me of the risks and benefits of services. He was also very friendly. I will definitely request him again for my next service!

The plumber was very friendly and took time to explain the issues. He installed new faucets in one bathroom and switched back the hot and cold water faucets in another bathroom.Great service!

Fast, friendly service from a company you can trust. We have used Allbritten for plumbing issues, hot water heater repair and maintenance/service on our two A/C units. Most recently their A/C tech, Felipe Cuellar, provided us with excellent customer service while performing the Spring maintenance of both units.

Crew was great. Very polite, on time and so good to my sister. She moves slow and they were so patient with her. The price was good and I can't praise them enough.

We called on Wednesday scheduled an appointment for preventative maintenance on our heater. They were able to get someone over the next day. The service technician called us a couple hours later to let us know there was an opening that same day if we wanted to change the day, which we agreed. Two technicians, Josh and Collin came to the house within a couple of hours, calling 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. They were both very cordial, respectful and very thorough. They told us everything looked good and suggested a UV air purifier for the house. We have always had great interactions with every technician and customer service person at Allbritten Plumbing and Heating. We highly recommend them.

Armando Martinez managed to prepare my 2 systems for record breaking heat this summer. Both systems are all cleaned up now from several months of very dusty air. He was on time, worked as quickly as possible as it was only getting hotter. He was very professional.
