Our hot water heater was making a terrible noise and sounded like it was going to explode. Allbritton responded quickly after another company charged us and didn't do a proper inspection. Allbritton sent Henry to take care of our issue and he was Amazing! He was patient and thorough. He explained and explained as he inspected. Allbritton is top of the line!

John, Bryan, Diaz and their crew were a pleasure to work with. Installing a whole new unit in our home was not part of the plan but Allbritten was the most affordable and provided us with quality products. I got a call very early from a friendly lady. She said that a technician would be out today. Manuel, the technician, arrived very promptly after a text notification. He seemed very experienced in replacing a hot water heater, and gave me two options to choose from. He seemed to be very efficient in all the work that he completed, in a very timely fashion. After the work was complete, he described everything that he had done in detail to me and asked me if I had any questions. I would definitely rate Manuel with five stars. Thorough assessment of system. Identified issues quickly. Kept us in the loop with any changes in plan, increase in payment, etc. Repair took 2 days, we didn't even know he was there. He left the house as clean as when he showed up. Gustavo was awesome!

Allbritton Heating and Air is a great company. Michael-Angelo the tech that checked out our AC unit was very nice, and polite. He put the blue shoe covers on every time he stepped inside the house and I appreciate that. He is very knowledgeable as well. Thank you both for our summer maintenance, just in time too!
