Mike was very professional and considerate. They gave us a competitive price as well as thoroughly explained their process so that I understood everything that was happening. The problem was fixed and my sink is working to my satisfaction. I look forward to the follow up for my other issue.

I have used Huft a few times now, they are always rockstars, today was Eduardo to replace some outlets. I had already purchased the outlets before I discovered they were beyond my skills. Price was completely manageable, speedy thorough and very personable! Now my kid can safely stick a fork in the outlets

Needed a plumber. Fixed a landscape irrigation issue/leak. Was great and offered info about install not being to code (for future reference, if needed).

I can't be more pleased with this company. We had them install 12 new HVAC systems for us at Snug Harbor RV. Not only were the employee's professional, and polite but they were always on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They came even when the weather was nasty, and we had potential to flood. This crew was awesome. I will recommend this company to anyone.

Customer is an 89 year old, who often has trouble making decisions and sticking to them. There were multiple people involved--the in-home care agency, the younger son who set the appointment, the customer, the older brother to whom your workers were referred for clarification.
On the surface, Ray Villes and Michael Montana came to assist with shower safety grab bars, and possible toilet replacement to meet ADA standards. The information they were given was unclear and not totally specific, as our person who scheduled the appointment did not understand what the in-home care agency was requesting.
When I spoke to Ray, he was super understanding of our convoluted life that we stuck him in the middle of, and very polite and helpful. He had checked out the customer's concerns, listened to ours, and accepted graciously the customer's decision she wanted nothing done until she had another change of mind.
My husband and I felt badly she had changed her mind and taken Ray and Michael's time and travel (customer lives about 35-40 miles from your office in Elk Grove CA).
Based on the customer care and concern shown, Huft Home Services is definitely on our go-to, trusted contractor list.

I had a gas leak at my home which required our service to be turned off for safety. I had several companies come out to try to determine what needed to be repaired, but seem to continuously receive substandard service until I came across Huft home services. Ray was very knowledgeable in making sure the proper repairs were made and our service was able to quickly be restored. Thank you for the great customer service!

Joseph came out to fix a plumbing issue. He was prompt, polite, reasonably priced, and didn’t try to upsell me anything. So refreshing! Definitely call Huft with a plumbing issue and if you’re lucky you’ll get Joseph!
