Huft Home Services Elk Grove

Thanks to Huft we have heat again! Scheduling was easy, and our apt window was confirmed by text the day before. Our technician Andre was on time, easily diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and also did a complete system maintenance. He was thorough and explained each part of the process, and even took pictures to show what needed to be repaired/replaced. This is the first time I have used Huff, and I look forward to seeing them in a couple months for AC seasonal maintenance.

I had Huft Home Services install a new water heater. Jacob Keach came out and did an excellent job. Very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Will be using them to replace my HVAC unit when it’s time also!

Today we had Ray, Sunny and Jacob (aka: LD) start our underground plumbing project. They showed up on time and ready to work. They were very professional, with great communication. Even though this was an underground job, they kept the garage area very clean and organized.
I highly recommend them and Huft Home Services. I will be hiring them for additional work for this project.

Ray and Ryan came our home and clearly willing to listen carefully to our experience. They tracked a plumbing issue that has bee an ongoing issue. Their manner was professional and friendly. In the future we'll request this team to come back as they have earned our trust.

Jacob called on his way and was right at the beginning of the service window I was given! He was able to repair our walk-in tub's faucet for just the $79 diagnostic fee even though I told him my home warranty had pre-approved a lot more for the repair, so obviously this company is ethical and fair-minded! So great to find such integrity these days!

He provided great customer service, was very informative. He presented a solution about any issues I had and he tested my water and showed me the difference between my water and how the water is with a water filtration system. I gave him a 5 star service and I would recommend him and his company to all my family and friends.

I had my new HVAC installed about 2 years ago and have experienced nothing but professionalism from everyone I have spoken to and every tech to come to my condo. I received my appointment time yesterday and Evan arrived right on schedule, and explained everything he was doing today. At the end of the service he made a couple of recommendations and answered questions like a pro. Huft service is fabulous!.

Joseph came out to inspect the water heater in our new house and determined we needed a new one. He was able to get all the material and perform the replacement the same day! He was fast, courteous and professional. We couldn’t ask for better service! Thank you Joseph and Huft.

I called Huft right before closing on Monday, and I had an appointment on Tuesday morning to have a service tech come out and fix my sink.
Joseph was in communication with me every step of the way, explained things thoroughly, provided options and photos.
This is my third time using Huft for many different services and I will continue to use them.
