Huft Home Services Elk Grove

Approximately October 2022, added our rental property to our account for bi-annual HVAC preventative maintenance. First scheduled visit, November'ish I met the Huft Service Tech at the property for one unit. The second unit tenants called to schedule with no issues.

Beginning of June 2023 the second unit tenants called to schedule, again with no issues.

End of June 2023, the other tenant called to schedule and is told "only the property owner can schedule". When I call, I'm told that "only the property owner can schedule" is Huft Company policy; I call BS, after all they have scheduled and been on site twice without needing my permission. For that matter, they have been coming to my home since 2016 with probably no notion if I am the owner or just a tenant when I schedule it.

Prior to my calling Huft, no one at Huft thought to contact me or let me know that a tenant was attempting to schedule. I had to hear it from the tenant! A simple call while on the phone with the tenant would have resolved the issue, but no. Guess Huft is getting too big.

Don't get me wrong, Huft HVAC is great, I can't say enough good things about them and their technicians. But come on, it is a preventative maintenance contract where most things are covered.

Great installation of heat and air systems. Johnathan and Sean were very professional, answered all questions and were very respectful of us and our home. We will definitely use Huff for any future service and products

Huft Home Services replaced my hot water heater, and I’m very happy with the service I received. Luis called to say he was on his way, arrived right on time to estimate the job. The equipment was available to do the job immediately, so Joseph arrived not long after with the new water heater. Both men were so pleasant and polite, did their work well, and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. Again, I’m very happy with the job and with Huft Home Services.

Anthony and Michael were very attentive and thorough! Fixed all my problems and had great suggestions for improvement!! He was kind and professional thoroughly the process.

6/15 - Jarrett and Sebastian were a pleasure to work with and they answered all of my questions. They were very personable and informative. They fixed what they could and by my own decision directed me on how to fix my other issues. Huft electrical continues to be affordable and dependable.

Alexander was very helpful. He was able to find my problem and explain it to me in words I understood. The quote he gave me for the work to be done was very reasonable as well.

Manuel is very professional , answering my questions. Came in on time fixed the kitchen faucet, did a great job. I would highly recommend.

Huft Home Services Tech Ray Valles delivered outstanding service to get my home hot water heater up and running. Called in the early AM and Huft assigned Ray to the job and he took care of the hot water quickly. THANK YOU HUFT TEAM!!!!!

Dacoda and his crew did an amazing job on our new heating and air conditioner. He was very professional, did an amazing job on the install, and went above and beyond to complete the job. The quality of work is above perfect standards and my family and I are already loving the new system. From the initial phone call, to the sales, and the installation I’m glad we went with Huft. Michael came out to work on my bathtub which was draining very slowly. He fixed the problem in no time. He is very personable, professional and explained how I could unclog the drain in the future. I appreciated his expertise and I’m glad that he is a Huft team member. I have been a Huft client for a long time and I can always count on them to provide excellent service! Thank you Huft!

Nelson and Leo came out to replace all of the electrical outlets in our home. The job was a big job and took hours, but they kept pushing through to get the job done. There were a number of hidden issues behind the existing outlets that they were able to correct to make the home safer. They were very professional and very thorough, and I would highly recommend them if you call Huft for services.
