Greiner offered free maintenance, cleaning, and inspection for first responders on their radio ad. I called and scheduled my service date with no problems. My technician called before showing up. He was professional and honored the free service. He spent almost two hours cleaning my system from outside to crawling around in my attic. Explained things to me about my system and answered all my questions. I don’t know any other company that would work so hard for free. I will always go with Greiner in the future. I am a Paramedic in Yolo County and this is a true life experience. I was not paid or even asked to leave this review.

Very professional service. Jason is the best. He is friendly and a hard worker. I have nothing bad to say about Greiner. I smile every time I call the office just by how they greet you.

Christian from Greiner heating and air came out to service our HVAC system today and was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. He thoroughly checked everything and explained what he was doing as he went through the process. He was very knowledgeable and polite, keep up the good work

Humberto did a fantastic job and was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through and taught me a lot about our system and things to watch out for. Greiner overall was extremely responsive about scheduling even the same day. Theo service history and record keeping is great.

First appointment for yearly maintenance was done timely, efficient, safety minded, and wonderful rapport, and a good representative for Greiner. I believe that was Jason.
Second appointment was for deciding on new water heater and AC unit. Design Specialist Nathan listened to my concerns and gave me several options to go over to decide which ones would best work for me. He was patient, took time to explain the process and expectation of the upcoming installation. He is an asset to Greiner.

Two guys showed up clean and professional. Service was timely and great.

Service technician arrived promptly as scheduled. He was professional, courteous and informative.Technician did not try to push purchase of a new HVAC system even though there were some potentially major issues with our system. We ended up purchasing a new motor, igniter and air cleaner filtering unit. The total price was much cheaper than buying a new HVAC system. Overall, very satisfied with my experience with Greiner.

I purchased my heat/air conditioning system 9 years ago from Greiner. They handled the install like real pros and have been great since day one. The come out to perform the regularly scheduled tuneup/maintenance on both systems during the year and I’ve never had issues with either system. Their personnel are always friendly, polite and professional. The folks you talk to on the phone are equally polite and friendly. This is a company you can count on 110% and I highly recommend them.
