Service Technician went above and beyond in servicing my older model HVAC system. Recommended additional maintenance to prolong the life of the HVAC system but did not try to upsell a new model.

Jason provided top notch, excellent customer service- listened attentively to me describe symptoms of my malfunctioning HVAC, and got right to work. He kept me posted as he checked it out; gave me a rundown of options after he’d diagnosed it.

I’ve been very happy and highly satisfied with Greiner. I had my 6 month A/C check and maintenance done on August 30 and it went quite well. My technician Nic called right before he came he was on time and was very professional and courteous and answered all of my questions about my unit. I’ve been with Greiner four years now and I have always been completely satisfied and happy with their service.

Jason did a good job quickly identifying the lose breaker that likely got bumped during the solar installation.
