Yolo County homeowner. Purchased a heat pump water heater and a solar system from Greiner. The heat pump water heater is in the garage and noise levels are minimal and not an issue. Expecting lower overall energy costs and a reduced carbon footprint. Solar system is working as advertised, install was finished in a day, and Greiner crew was very accommodating with hiding the conduits. Also since the system is owned, as opposed to leased, i received the tax credit. Danny of Greiner was very responsive, did not oversell either product, and helped maximize rebates. Will use greiner for hvac replacement next. I highly recommended this company.

February 2023 Update - Solar and HP water heater working great. I wanted to add more solar panels to take care of the true up bill and additional demand from a HP furnace. Also wanted to be less dependent on the utility company and concerned about increasing energy costs. Danny addressed all my questions, suggested fewer panels because of roof limitations, and provided information without any pressure or sale pitches. Very easy to work with! Additional panels are installed now and just waiting on the sun. Thank you Greiner!

Christian was the service maintenance technician who performed the work at my home. He serviced my water heater, my air conditioning unit, and he also went up into the attic to check to make sure everything was okay up there as well as checking the insulation. He also gave me three quotes on adding insulation to my attic, which I did ask him to do. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite, so well mannered and engaging. He is an exceptional listener, and I appreciate his information and knowledge with regards to all of the work that he did, as well as the quotes on insulation. He represents his company very professionally, and he is just an amazing young man. I enjoyed his work and conversation that he did here in my home. I highly recommend this company. I have been using this company for well over 20 years, and they have never once let me down. They are a great company!

Greiner was very pleasant and professional. The call-in person was nice and pleasant to set up an appointment. She even call back as they had a earlier opening, great job. Chris show to do the work. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He went over the items found bad and went thru option s to fix or replace my unit. There was no pressure for up sales. He went over everything at the end and emailed a summary.

Jason my technician was absolutely amazing he helped me with so much and educated me on so many different things!! He went above and beyond to help me when no one else would with things that wasn’t his job! He took the time to help out a senior when it was needed. I have the yearly maintenance plan. They contact me 2 times a year to schedule my maintenance. It is hassle free, and the technicians are always friendly and professional. This visit was handled by Christian who did an awesome job.
