First of all, Greiner staff always answer the phone quickly and are so friendly and helpful. My appointment was for a routine heater check. I was given a 2-hour time frame 0900-1100, so nice not to have to wait for 4 hours. Chris was on time, professional and very friendly. He got right to work. He changed my filter, checked my heater and explained everything to me with photos so I could see what was going on. He made necessary suggestions and even called the office to make sure I had a follow-up appointment that was needed. Thanks Chris & Greiner!

Your service person was there to check my water heater and the heating element involved. He adjusted that element and checked the overall performance of the water heater which is only 2 years old. He took out the washable filters, cleaned them and returned them. He did a thorough check of the furnace and air conditioner as well. He set the thermostat and explained how certain functions worked.

Nick checked with his supervisor at work about one question on the adjustment level that I was hoping to have because the present level was a bit too hot. He took care of that for me. He wrote up the work order and had me sign it.

Nick was quite knowledgeable and personable. Your people who come to do my quarterly checks are always very polite and know how to take care of my needs. Nick was super!!!!

Nathan came out and designed a new heating and air system replacing my original system from 1975. It was a one day install and it has been beyond my expectations. They fixed several issues from when the house was built and now my vents are blasting air like never before. My best friend who is an HVAC tech from a bay area company actually suggested Greiner. Greiner offers a ten year warrenty parts and labor, I do not know of anyone else that offers that.. Nathan suggested a Bosch heat pump and AC system. It has been put to the test with the heat wave and has performed great along with a ecobee thermostat running the system from my phone was simple. The only issue I had was a bad control transformer, it was a warrenty problem and Greiner took care of it right away. The cost was more than a few places but worth every penny, I know if something goes wrong the folks at Greiner will take care of it. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a quality company that stands behind their work.

Jason arrived early and quickly (as soon as he heard the noise he knew what it was immediately and it was fixed it in minutes) diagnosed the issue with the air conditioning compressor being very loud. System checked a out and all in good working order. Installed iwave device for us to help with air quality

The service technician, Humberto was on time. He put booties on his shoes before entering my home. He was pleasant and efficient. He explained what he did to service the unit and offered suggestions to make it run more efficiently. I’m very pleased with his service and would recommend Greiner to others.

The technician Humberto was on time he was courteous, professional and very informative throughout the inspection, as he did his maintenance work he kept us updated through visuals of what he was actually doing.
