Greiner Heating, Air, & Solar

Our technician was Nick. He was polite, thoughtful, and explained repair issues and alternatives very clearly. We were rather dismayed that the brand new heating and cooling system that Greiner’s installed in our shop last year was out of refrigerant. The A/C has never been used since installation. Nick informed us that he refilled the refrigerant along with a sealant and a dye in case the unit leaks again. He was very thorough and assured us that there would be no cost to replace/repair this unit if the leak continues. We discussed this issue with Greiner’s manager, and he offered to warranty the unit for ten years at no cost to us. This has reassured us that Greiner’s “has our back” should the HVAC malfunction in the future. This type of exemplary service creates long term customers. We would gladly welcome Nick into our home in the future as he has a great personality and seems to care about the quality of his work.

Greiner installed new equipment for me, and has been very prompt and professional. Today, Nick was very thorough in his inspection and cleaning, and took the time to explain some issues to me in ways I could understand.
