My tankless heater wasn’t working and they sent a repair technician, Rick Aguirre, within hours of my phone call. He was very polite, kind, professional, and great with my big dog :) Rick diagnosed the problem within minutes upon arrival and fixed it in less than 30seconds. He didn’t charge me for the service. I highly recommend this company and absolutely recommend Rick! I will call and request him if I ever need assistance again!

I was very impressed with Monkey Wrench's professionalism--great communication, branded truck, technician's uniform, state of the art technology for servicing. We had the pleasure of Luis who came out to do our annual scaling of our tankless water heater. He was very thorough, took pride in his work and was a pleasure to have in our home. We will definitely call Monkey Wrench again and hope to have Luis as our technician next time.

I called them to ask for gas line leak location and repair services at home. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He also kept me informed regularly about his findings and recommendations. While further work will be needed I am confident that this will be completed in a timely manner.

We had issues with bathroom sink clogged. Felix came to our rescue. We was professional, quick and got the issue resolved. We also appreciate that the response time to send a technician was under an hour. Overall great service and would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Rick and Alex arrived not only on time, but a bit early. They diagnosed our problem in short order - dead 16-year-old tankless water heater - and provided us with options for replacement. They installed the new unit - a substantial improvement over our old one! - the same afternoon. They were polite and professional, and Rick answered all our questions and explained everything we needed to know. They did a neat, professional job, and left the area in good condition. I called Monkey Wrench and they sent over Ruben & Jesus to fix my A/C leak and they did a great job. They were on time, friendly, professional, patient and explained everything to me in detail. They fix the problem to my satisfaction. Before calling Monkey Wrench I had a home warranty with American Home Shield and they only took my money and they didn't fix anything. The vendor they sent over from a A/C company called Climatech didn't want to do the work and said it was a plumbing issue. Do not use these companies they are the worse! I highly recommend using Monkey Wrench they are great! Ruben & Jesus were awesome! I'm happy they are a part of the Monkey Wrench team. Thank you!
