Took time to diagnose roof leak. Gave pictures, measurements, estimates. Explained clearly, answered questions. Didn't try to push a product or service.

Justin was fantastic. Knowledgable, professional and great to work with. He walked us through everything and made fixing our plumbing issue a lot less stressful than we'd anticipated. Highly, highly recommend these guys.

First, Excellent communication and ability to follow the technician's whereabouts before arriving. Appointment was for water heather maintenance and first time using their services. Rick Aguirre was perfect, he informed me of the process and timing. Very courteous and friendly.

Felix was on time and really great to work with. He solved our initial back-up problem very quickly, then did more diagnostics to make sure we knew our situation and our options . After viewing video of the main line, we agreed with Felix that additional work (hydro jetting) would buy us more peace of mind - he came back for a second day to make sure we were satisfied with the hydro jet and showed us new video of the cleared drain. This mainline has had on-going issues, but Felix has done the best job with it. We finally have a little peace of mind.

Monkey Wrench responded fast and dispatch was great. Hired them to fix corroded pipe and replace a bathtub faucet.

This was a vacant home and the owner wasn’t on site during the work and I managed the job remotely. This was a $1000 job!

* I was told I would receive photos of the completed work prior to being invoiced , that didn’t happen. This mattered to me as I wasn’t on site.

* A dishwasher was removed to provide access to the plumbing. When they sold me the job they indicated they would put that back in place. They left with it sitting in the middle of the kitchen.

* After reinstalling valves and a faucet, in a tub with shower, they didn’t caulk around the fixtures. This is a must and without would have allowed water and moisture to get into the wall creating a mold issue.

I had to pay a handyman to complete their work!

Justin Khalifehzadeh did an outstanding job of installing a new toilet and replacing a toilet seat that was not suitable. He went out of his way, gave generously of his time, and was skilled, professional, and responsive. I highly recommend Monkey Wrench Plumbing and will call upon the company and Justin, in particular, for all my future plumbing needs.

15 year old water heater finally gave out one day. I called several companies and Monkey Wrench was the only one that was able to send a tech within the same day. The technician's original assessment was that some parts need to be replaced, but if that didn't work, then the entire heater would need to be changed out. The original estimate to repair parts was $1700 versus $3000 to replace. The tech came back the following morning and replaced the parts, but the water heater still did not work. But they were able to replace the water heater the same day and only charge me the difference. I will say the company has GREAT customer service. I got several text messages and emails letting me know when someone would show up and even included a picture of the tech. Jonathan Bruce, my tech was great and very professional. He explained everything very clearly. The only thing I CAN'T comment on is their pricing since I did not have time to shop around to compare.

Not the smartest bunch of people. Cant waste another minutes trying to even explain why u should look somewhere else for a plumber.

My air conditioning stopped working on one of the hottest days. A Monkey Wrenh technician was able to come in minutes and diagnose the cause. I. Loved that I got a live person on the phone, even after hours. I will definitely use their service again.

Felix and Elias were super helpful, friendly, quick and professional. Felix knew exactly how to fix my issue and provided a couple options. I would trust him to fix any plumbing issue I had in my home, and would definitely hire him again. 10/10
