I live in a home that was built in the 50's with no AC. Sometime before I purchased the home in 2001, a 3.5 ton central air unit was added to the home however they used the original 6" duct work. For the past 20+ years, my AC never fully cooled my house and my bill was sometimes over $650 a month during the summer while it struggled to cool to 80 degrees.

I had other HVAC companies look at my home and no one could offer me any solid solutions other than to install additional split systems in other areas of my home. I had originally called Joey out to quote a split system but when I explained my issues, he come up with a solution! He installed a new furnace in another closet in my home, installed new and bigger duct work in the attic to all rooms, replaced the registers in all locations, and upgraded me to a 5 ton, 20 seer unit. By him moving my furnace to another location, I now have space to enlarge my master bathroom. A double win!

His team did all the work in about 3 and a half days and his price was great. His professionalism and quality of work exceeded my expectations.

I am so glad that when I asked on a Facebook group recently about somebody to help me install our thermostat that one of Joseph Choi's boat loyal customers posted that he did a great job.

That person ended up being completely right. Joseph came out in a timely manner and what is the quickest to respond among many people that have been shared. He installed our thermostat for a reasonable price but then found out that there was more wrong with our heating system. After some analysis and replacing the thermostat we found out that there were some other parts that needed to be installed. Joseph managed to get those parts immediately and was back over in no time to be able to install them so that we could back and start using our heating once again as quickly as possible.

I was impressed with Joseph professionalism his commitment and his honesty. I would definitely recommend him and plan to use his services in the future for any HVAC issues that we have. I've already recommended him to three other friends all of them are very happy to have a reliable person to be able to help with their heating and air-conditioning systems.

They were clean, polite, and in and out quickly. they even put paper down to protect my hardwood floors. Joey installed a ductless mini split into a rental space within my home. He and his employee did a stellar job. He was on time, very communicative and referred additional sub contractors that related to this job as needed (Electritian) who also did good work. He’s extremely focused on quality work and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Joey and his company and would absolutely use him for additional work on future projects after this experience.
