Knowledgeable technician arrived as scheduled diagnosed problem, explained everything and showed pics. We are very happy w/service we received - GREAT 👍

Technician was promptly on time and was given a message prior to arrival. They were also very informative, respectful and accommodating. We just ran a diagnostic but couldn't find the issue with the air conditioner at the time. The technician however left his card and helped and let us send him a video of the issue and answered our issue over the phone after they left. That in my opinion is good service.

Logan and Sakay just finished installing a 7-head ductless heat pump system in our 2 story 2100 s.f. home. They were always prompt, friendly, flexible, informative, and adaptable in their willingness to discuss our ideas regarding placement and aesthetics for both indoor wall units and the outdoor compressor and line sets/covers. They were uniformly considerate, and left our house and the job site in great shape… and they got the job done ahead of schedule.
We received our initial visit and bid from Matt, who was informative, knowledgable, and a good listener. He communicated with us during our decision making process and answered our questions as needed. His pricing was fair and we believe we received a good return on what is for us a considerable investment. As I write, our new system is very quietly heating our home.
We are very pleased to have a new heat pump system which will efficiently heat or cool each individual room in our home as needed. We highly recommend Elevated Comfort.

Natalie was professional in scheduling the appointment. Brandon arrived and I explained the problem and showed him the system. He knew exactly what to test and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the part needed (new capacitor) in his truck. After replacing the part, he checked our freon levels and all was good.

He resolved problem quickly and the price was reasonable. I appreciate the fact that he did *not* spend all his time trying to sell me stuff.

From the initial phone call and conversation with Jessica in the office, to Zach who came out to assess our old furnace to Gabe and team who installed a new furnace our experience with Elevated Comfort was stellar. Jessica asked all the right questions, .Zach explained what was needed, answered our questions and gave us options and Gabe & team worked tirelessly to ensure a flawless installation. Our water heater died on the weekend and after reaching out to four plumbers, Elevated Comfort was the first to respond and had a tech available. Nick was very through on explaining our options and the upside/downside for each. After our selection, he came and stayed after hours to finish the install. Upon completion, he took the time to explain the details of the job and future upkeep to maintain the water heater which our previous local plumber did not. Overall, amazing service and we are so happy to have hot water and better yet, a great plumber to call! I highly recommend Elevated Comfort and will rely on them again.
