Elevated Comfort

Just needed a yearly inspection of our cooling and heating system. Brandon from Elevated comfort was great. On time , polite, friendly, quick and efficient.

They did an amazing job. This is an excellent company & a new company we chose. We chose right. All the guys are professional, knowledgeable, & clean all thir mess up. They get the job down fast & will work with you. I recommended them to a friend, he had the same great experience I did, they are working on his system now, & he has nothing but nice things to say about Elevated Comfort. All the guys are great JP, Joseph, Steven, Zack, Gabe, & Miguel he is super nice he installed my new heating system, he was so knowledgeable, & super sweet. They are all good kind workers. Pam was so sweet she is the nice lady who helped me get an appointment she works for Elevated Comfort. I would recommend this company to anyone. They replaced my Ac, my heating system, cleaned all my ducts, & replaced one of them. They worked so hard & had it done in 1 day. They came one more time & cleaned the ducts. It only took a few hours. They actually worked with me. I'm a 36 year old single woman who owns a house my mother passed at 52 from a cerebral hemorrhage stroke it hit me so hard. Then my fiance used & abused me for 9 years he took well stole $165,000.00 from me money that my mom left me. He then proceeded to take off with another female gambled & got on drugs & went crazy. He left me with the house which I purchased well put a $100,000.00 down on it. He did no maintenance on it for 8 years nothing so our or my house was in bad bad shape. They will work with you the best they can. They are good people & Elevated Comfort is a great company. I would give them 100 gold stars 🌟 if I could. Thank You, Pha Davis

From the moment I contacted Jessica at Elevated Comfort( business name says it all)to meeting Zach who came by the next day I knew I was in good hands. My furnace was 26 years old and had seemingly given up the ghost. Zach did every test to evaluate if it was no longer a safe and viable furnace. With videos he took and plenty of description it was clear It was time.
2 days later Logan and Miguel came to install the new furnace. They did a beautiful job and made sure the clean up was spotless. I HIGHLY recommend ELEVATED COMFORT. They are a family business and taking care of their customers is at the top of their list. Home now with heat plus a new simple to use thermostat!

Fantastic service and I feel very comfortable with him which is extremely important for me. Explained everything so well, educating me on the appliance and the functions, which I appreciate as this is my first home. The other gentleman JP that came over was great as well. I am a very busy person, so I appreciate the flexibility. So happy I found a business that I can trust to keep my home running smoothly.

When my furnace died in October, I reached out on yelp and several HVAC companies replied. Practically the next day, Zach from Elevated Comfort came to see what the problem was and whether it was worth fixing - He educated me on what the problem was, but at 25 years old, I felt my furnace was ready to be replaced (although a fix was offered). The next day Josh came and went over a couple of replacement options. He listened to my particular needs and we decided on "the medium model." They have good warranties, a "lemon clause" in case of repeated problems, and best of all, a PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE. As it turned out, I did get a lower quote from another company and Elevated Comfort honored their guarantee and matched it. Within about a week I had my furnace replaced, all vents checked, and the fancy digital thermostat explained to me thoroughly by Joseph the technician and his helper.Shawn. All in all it was a great experience and I was happy to support a local, small company that I know will be there in the future if need be. Thank you, Elevated Comfort.

Tech Brandon arrived with full knowledge of the history of my HVAC system and carefully serviced all components. Pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Brandon showed up as requested, he was clean wore over shows in the house, cleaned original filter which was not very effective, replaced with new high quality filter. Also checked our condenser..

Got a dual zone heat pump installed. Price was in line with other bids but the package offered was better. Install was clean and quick. Staff very professional.
