Ryan was punctual, communicative, and friendly - he took the time to show us what he was doing and taught me a thing or two about our system. Installed a smart thermostat onto an old furnace with no issues. Extremely knowledgeable and professional! Will definitely call again.

Awesome company. Elevated comfort replaced my old AC unit with a brand new heat pump about two months ago and I couldn't be happier with their service. I live in Terra Linda (northern Marin county) and put the work out to bid to about 5 HVAC contractors, all top rated on Google and Yelp. Elevated Comfort came by far as the cheapest bid for either an AC unit or a heat pump with dual fuel capability installation. Ultimately, the price was not even why I picked them. Their salesperson, Chris Ferry was knowledgable without being pushy and gave me the right kind of advice. I ended up going with the heat pump, which was actually cheaper than the AC unit due to state incentives. [The previous owner had a furnace installed just before I moved-in about one year ago so my furnace is brand new and I was just going to replace my central AC unit in kind but on the advice of Elevated Comfort I ended up going with a similarly sized heat pump (and kept the gas furnace as well) because I'm going solar (so heating should be "free") but I like that I still have the choice between electricity and gas to heat my home. Communication with their administrative and billing department was seamless and customer service is great in general. They ended up running out of the heat pump model they quoted me (you guessed it... supply chain issues) but instead of delaying the install, installed a more expensive, more efficient Trane model while still honoring their initial quote (I did my homework and it is indeed much better). And they even installed a NEST learning smart thermostat that was not mentioned in the quote? Wow! Fast forward to the instal day and the crew, Tyler and Dakota, arrived on time, were extremely polite and pleasant to be around and worked hard to make the install happen within the the projected time frame. The install looks super neat and professional. The unit has been working amazingly well and we are already saving on the price of heating because of the high price of natural gas this winter. The AC function works perfect too. Overall, much more efficient and quiet than our old unit. Great company, great product, great value and great crew. Will recommend them to everyone going forward.

Steve was prompt and courteous. He tested our hvac and provided a detailed explanation on the cause of the failure and suggested how it could be repaired. Quotes were handled quickly with good explanations on why each item was needed.

After the work was completed, Steve did an excellent job of teaching our tenant how to use the system. He also contacted me to notify that the work had been completed and everything was back to operation.

Our furnace died unexpectedly. We immediately called Elevated Comfort (we'd used them earlier in the year for routine maintenance). They sent out an estimator within two hours. He set us up with a series of options for new heater that fit our budget. Four days later, it was installed. Demo and install took just one day. Professional, thorough crew!

Hi, we really enjoyed your service. I have to say this is the first time we’ve ever done a bachelor party and it was much better than I thought. Your driver was great, he was very cool and helped us out with everything, he even told us where to find the closest ATM which was very helpful. The club was fantastic as well, would love to go back again sometime.

We have been having issues with rats in our neighborhood and our attic, garage and sub-flooring. Elevated comfort has been amazing at helping us combat our rat problem, fix our furnace when it went out and have replaced our ducts etc.. Tyler and Damion were awesome yesterday with the big work. Steven was amazing and came out on an emergency call on a Saturday morning when our heat went out and JP was instrumental in getting us connected with a pest company to help with the rats, financing and scheduling our duct repairs.

Brandon was here only to give me an estimate. But he also have me a lot of valuable advice and even fixed my immediate problem just by moving the alligator clip of a thermostat wire on a terminal on the control valve of an old gas wall heater. He is congenial, very friendly, intelligent, and knowledgeable about a lot of things that have nothing to do with HVACs. Conversing with him was a pleasure. I cannot afford long term solutions at this time but I would trust his advice and capability when and if I move ahead. I cannot judge value because I have nothing to compare with.

I called for a service of the heater that had stopped working. A technician, Ryan, came exactly at the agreed time and was able to repair the system very quickly. Really happy with the service and will use them for our annual proactive maintenance of our systems. Thank you!
