I called Elevated Comfort because I was experiencing weak airflow in almost all the vents in my house. They sent Brandon whose performance and professionalism were second to none. He did a thorough check on my system in relatively 45 minutes and showed me all that was wrong with it. Not only he was knowledgeable but he also wore booties inside the house and vacuumed at the end. I would definitely recommend Elevated Comfort to anyone solely based on Brandon’s outstanding performance and professionalism.

Can’t say enough good things about these people. We live in a 100+ year old house that had some challenging heating/cooling issues — some rooms too hot, others too cold, a funky, cobbled together maze of ducts, and a noisy, inefficient old furnace. We interviewed three different HVAC contractors but JP Warlitner, the “comfort advisor” from Elevated Comfort, especially impressed us when he came out to assess our situation. He was super knowledgeable but not “salesy” at all. After reviewing all the pros and cons of the various options with JP, we wound up going with a new two stage gas furnace for our downstairs and a mini split heat pump unit for our finished attic. Installation went very smoothly thanks to Joseph and the other crew members, total pros who couldn’t have been more courteous and efficient. When there turned out to be some unanticipated issues between our new furnace our old ducts, we called JP, who responded immediately. The company absolutely stood by its “no surprises” guarantee and replaced our old ducts with new ones free of charge. Thanks to Elevated Comfort every room in our house is now comfy and warm for the first time since we moved in and the furnace is so quiet we have to put our hand on a register to see if it’s running. We still have an older furnace that heats our second floor that will eventually need replacement and when that happens we know who to call! A big thumbs up for this local, family run company.

UPDATE: A few weeks and a major cold spell later, we still can’t believe how much our heating has improved. We’re sitting in rooms that once required a space heater to tolerate. And the system is whisper quiet. Really grateful to JP especially for diagnosing our tricky duct issues.

I got a young man as the HVAC tech last name started with a T. He was very young, but professional, knowledgeable. Couldn't say enough things about my service with the people and the CO.

Brandon came to service our AC unit. He was friendly professional and did a through job of servicing the compressor. Really nice guy.

Ryan was professional and polite. He explained what the problem was and fixed it in a very short time. He also took time to show us what he was doing and how the heater works, what to do (check) if it goes out again so we can first try and fix it ourselves. Very reasonable pricing too.
