Brandon was well informed and on task in cleaning our gas furnace, he took pictures of the internal parts so show me later how they have aged over 20 years of use.

I have consistently received amazing customer service from Elevated Comfort. I started out with an emergency plumbing visit with Iggy who helped us clear a kitchen clog that messed with our shower drains on Labor Day weekend. Based on that experience, we signed up for their monthly maintenance plan. As the summer creeped up, we decided to get a quote on installing AC. Zach came over and gave us a good run down on what we were working with and gave us options for installing the AC and replacing our overdue furnace. Meanwhile, we already had an appointment to get our furnace cleaned out. Ryan McDonald came over and I had a great conversation with him. I felt very comfortable with his recommendations. Ultimately, we decided to get a new furnace, re-do our ducts and install AC. The process was smooth, easy, and informative.

Install came around and Gabe and Nick did a fantastic job. I can't say how friendly and at ease I was working with these guys. They were even very kind to my elderly parents. Honestly, it felt like they were friends who were looking out for me and helping to give the best service. I was impressed with their work ethic and the four day job was done in three. I don't know much about furnaces, ducts and AC, but Gabe and Nick were very helpful and patient with all my questions. They cleaned up after every day and was very considerate.

After the job, there was some minor fixes that come with a job like this. Our very awkward attic entry was slightly damaged, and some other very minor things. Ryan Avila came out and fixed it. He was very helpful and easy to talk to. He fixed everything quickly, and I had a positive experience working with him. Also, we just had a third party inspector come by to inspect the work. He was impressed with the quality of work and said we got the best of the best. We are just awaiting final inspection from the city, but we are on track for everything.

In summary, the work ethic and team culture of Elevated Comfort went beyond my expectations. Even the people on the phones were very nice and helpful. The entire team at Elevated Comfort seem to care and want to ensure the best quality in service and in product. I know I can call on them for great service if anything were to come up, and that is a rare experience these days. Thank you Elevated Comfort!
