We hired Klondike Air because we had a complicated furnace replacement.

Our ocean front Newport Beach home was built in 1962 and the furnace took intake air from the exterior. The old furnace was very inefficient and expensive to run because it heated cold exterior air. We learned that heating exterior are no longer meets the building code, so we needed to completely redesign the heating system. We talk with many heating companies. Some said the project was beyond their ability. Others proposed solutions that would not meet the building code or were very complicated and expensive. Andrew, from Klondike Air, devised an elegant solution that fully meet the building code and was relatively simple, affordable, and required minimal modifications to the house. They replace the furnace, installed entirely new air return ductwork to the second floor, replaced all existing heater ductwork and registers, and insulated the attic.

Andrew and his team were very professional, and the project went well. They kept us fully informed throughout the project. We are very happy with the result.

Andrew and his crew were easy to work with and very professional. From the first call with Chris until the end of the day when the job was complete. It was a hot day and the guys spent a good portion of it in the attic but never complained. Andrew the owner, came by at the end of the day to make sure everything was up to his standards. I was so glad we chose Klondike after getting three bids. They really know what they’re doing and left the house the way it looked when they got here. No complaints.
