Super knowledgable and helpful. I needed a super quiet unit because it was only a few feet from my neighbor's window. The sales person went through all my options and educated me on noise levels. My new AC works great and you can hardly hear it. Install was professional.
I got 5 quotes and Graham was extremely reasonable.

They installed an a/c system for me in 2016 (which went well and no complaints there). It recently broke and they refuse to even come out and look at it. The voicemail: "I got with my service manager and we do not want to get involved on this service repair." Barely 5 year old machine. Not very dependable.
