Very good experience with Blue Ice Air Conditioning & Heating. Sergio and Johnny responded very quickly on a weekend. Sergio was very knowledgeable and took time explaining to me what needs to be done with my condenser unit and furnace. Tanner and Javier came at the exact time as scheduled and performed an amazing job repairing my heating system in a timely manner. It's an older unit but they were able to fix it and even did some extra work and maintenance to my furnace. They were very efficient, responsive, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, including thermostat settings. So glad that I have found this company and I will definitely use them again. Thank you Blue Ice for an awesome job!

very bad experience, would not recommend them. they basically charged me to come out only to let me know that they will charge $2000 to check for a leak. I've called other places and they quoted me $150 for the same leak diagnosis. And the owner was rude as hell too. do your due diligence before hiring them

We worked with Blue Ice on a kitchenette for our ADU and they did a great job. Not only did our kitchenette look great but was done in a timely manner. They are skilled professionals and answered all our questions diligently from start to finish. You will get good value for your money.

We received a message from Johnny that it was time for a complimentary service of our heat pumps, installed earlier this year. Andrea did an outstanding job of testing all components and washing the condenser outside. She was friendly and knowledgeable— absolutely great!

Technician was on time knowledge and friendly. He examined the system for “start problems”. The system is brand new and his examination was for possible faulty start issues with the system. He was able to identify a fault Code that required contact with the manufacturer. He corrected what he could and the system was working when he left. I am extremely satisfied with his work and will use again if needed

Blue Ice did a fantastic job installing my new HVAC system. I purchased a 5 ton heat pump and compressor to replace an aging gas furnace. Every step of the way I felt completely taken care of. The entire team is professional and patient. I believe they continually had my best interest in mind and worked to achieve my goals economically and proficiently.
