This is one top notch company. We live on Lido Isle. We just had them install a new heating system in the house and they did it in a very timely, efficient and cost friendly manner. They were extremely polite, clean, and concerned about doing a good job. We were so pleased that we had them add on to our existing air conditioning system. They did this job in the same excellent manner. Attention to neighborhood rules, permits, and our wishes. I highly recommend Klondike!

I am not sure the price is fair or not because I have never done this before. However, they provided good quality and had done a great job on our A/C repair due to not blowing hot or cold air. They are friendly and very professional

Chris and Andrew Beeker, the owners, their foreman Steve, and the entire installation crew all were terrific. Our entire heating and air conditioning system, including ductwork, was replaced promptly and efficiently, and for a fair price. Other companies were slow in returning calls, and oftentimes didn't seem to have the knowledge and experience necessary for the job.

We had our a/c and heater upgraded from our 30 year old system at the recommendation of our technician Steven. In the beginning of the year (01/2014) I had an AC unit installed at a Rental Condo. The original install was NOT done by Klondike (I didn't know about them yet). I explained that our upstairs were not getting airflow and the installers assured us that it was because the unit that we replaced was old and not strong enough for the condo. We went forward with them and after the install I didn't hear anything from them. After reviewing the Installation work I realized that there was still no airflow upstairs. I discussed the issue with the original company that did the install and they were "shocked" that their install technicians left without saying anything about the airflow. Come to find out that the duct work that lead upstairs were completely smashed. I was unhappy with the original company so I started searching for another company to fix my ducting. That is when I met Klondike Air.

I had Klondike come out to review my ducting and they gave me a good estimate. (the best price out of 4 estimates). They also had great customer service in all discussions and dealings I had with them. They were extremely polite but not over the top. They were realistic with potential problems that could arise (though there weren't any). And they were completely professional. They were completely genuine :). We had them come replace the ducting and they were nice enough to point out a kinks in my freon line. So once again I had to call the old company and deal with them one more time. Even after completing payment to Klondike they were genuinely concerned with getting me the pictures that their technician took of the kinks caused by the other company. They could have easily let me fend for myself against the other company since they already had my money. Everything they said they would do got done exactly how they said it would be done and on time. As soon as they left we finally had airflow upstairs.

I felt completely taken care of by Klondike and would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked.

Steve is so experienced and helpful. He knew exactly what to review, inspect and fix. I highly recommend Klondike Air. I called in the morning and Steve came out the same day. I wish all service personnel were as professional and courteous.

We had a major issue with our AC unit on Sunday evening, and Klondike Air was able to get a technician out to the house mid-Monday morning. Richard was honest, thorough and was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it.
