I was approached by a very professional, respectful person at Lowe’s who was offering half price on a cleaning and tuneup of my AC; emphasizing annual tuneups help the AC system run at peak performance and increase the life of the system. During the conversation I agreed to receive an “free diagnostic inspection” of the AC system on top of the cleaning/tuneup. When the technician came out all they did is charge me for a quote, recommending further, much more expensive service and did not clean, nor service my AC.
It was my understanding a cleaning and tuneup was what I was paying for, not a quote to repair a AC system that currently works well and quickly cools my house.
Part of the quote was to clean my air ducts, which were recently cleaned.
I believe the gentleman at Lowe’s had good intentions, but very disappointed in the lack of service.
I now have heat! Yay! I can't say enough great things about these two service techs. I called for heater service, they did a once around and showed me things that could be potentially risky to leave not taken care of. So they will have the office call to arrange a second visit. They BOTH were very informative without being pushy. Also extremely respectful and very knowledgeable too! I was in fear of it going to be very pricey due to the time and I kept telling them of more things that needed to be done! They fixed my water heater as well as my furnace and I signed up for a maintenance service plan and still paid a very comfortable amount considering these nice guys time! Thanks Guys, I most definitely will ask for you again next time.
The Lucky Air technicians arrived on time and went to work. They installed the new system professionally and with efficiency I am very happy with the service that they delivered. Keep up the good work
They responded quickly and showed up the same day. Extremely professional, thorough and friendly, and most of all honest. Technician Michael checked everything, took care of the problem, gave me a bunch of helpful advice and it didn't break the bank. Definitely recommend.
Service call didn’t find a problem with my AC. Leak on my ceiling is not related to the unit on the roof. Noah was the technician, was very professional. He was part of the team to work in another call to replace gas water heater back in February 2020. Very happy with the prompt response at both service calls. Water heater has been working great.

One of the main reasons for the service call was to replace the HEPA filter following our remodel project, unfortunately, even though the woman at dispatch said it would be done, the technician who arrived knew nothing about it and could not find the filter, so it is now delayed 2-4 weeks! Also, the technician did not check the split-system previously installed by Lucky Air. Mixed feelings about this experience. They replaced the fan/heating unit on a follow-up visit. Good job, all is working well.
Reliable service is such a comfort to the elderly. When big problems hit its good to know people like Lucky Air is there to get you through. All their people are knowledgeable, kind and efficient in what they do!

He made a minor repair to get some cooling while his office arranges a specialist to come and explore options. The next day while the arrival was delayed, the comfort specialist Randi was excellent.
Patrick arrive on time, dressed professionally and reafy to work. He completed the job and gave me an estimate on a new unit. I am very happy with the service that I received and would recommend this company to others.
Great system, good service. I went with the heat pump and the humidity in the house went up from 30-42%. No more waking up with a parched throat. It’s very quiet, inside and out. The techs were very courteous and professional. I love my new system!
