From start to finish…from the time David came to talk to us and give us a quote. He explained in detail, in terms I could understand, right to the guys being here to install our system and explaining how the new thermostat works, to our actual system. Our new system is so quiet that when I turned on the heater this morning I had to get up and see if I actually turned it on. I am so extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Lucky Air was recommended to us by a family friend that owns a commercial refrigeration company. When our furnace died on a Friday we called them and Raven showed up within several hours. Noting that our entire cooling/heating system was over 25 years old and repair costs might be expensive we decided on a new system (we had planned on replacing for the past several years because of age and very noisy). Raven showed us several options based on price and efficiency. The price was fair and offered numerous warranty and maintenance benefits. One concern we had was the "popcorn texture " we had in the furnace closet, I wanted to remove that prior to the new furnace being installed. Raven arranged for him and a co-worker to come out on Monday to remove the furnace and A/C unit, this allowed me Tuesday to clean up the area. Wednesday Ronnie, Mike, and Christian showed up, preparing the area, installing the furnace and A/C condenser. Very professional, courteous, and hard working employees. Thursday a subcontractor of Lucky Air's removed all the old asbestos ducts, completely sealing off their work area in the attic. Again these individuals were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Friday the crew was back to install the new fiberglass ducts, new thermostat, and complete the hook ups and operation. The whole project was outstanding and we're completely satisfied. They stayed in contact with us all week, notifying us when they were arriving. With a maintenance program, we look forward to working with Lucky Air for years to come

I called Lucky Air because despite having a service contract with Goettl for my elderly parents' home, they canceled my request for urgent service at the last minute and said that they could not schedule me for another week. With the forecast predicting us to be in high 90's, this was unacceptable. When I called Lucky Air, Liz was immediately sympathetic to my parents' situation and despite her team also being fully booked, she made the effort to call her techs to see who was willing to make an evening call (prior to the 4th of July holiday)! Sure enough, Jacob H. came to our rescue at 6pm (after driving all the way back from service calls in San Diego). Unfortunately, the issue is serious (which Goettl should've caught in maintenance visits) and requires more diagnostics and parts, but Jacob was very thorough, professional and reassuring. If Liz and Jacob are a reflection of Lucky Air's whole team, I feel confident that I will always to be treated with care and integrity.

They came out to do a maintenance and the rookie tech Ricky Ramos came out for service. Everything was working perfect until he blew fuses. He had to go to Home Depot to get new fuses. Then he burnt something in the central ac from the blown fuse. He stated that a Supervisor would be here the next morning. They never showed up. They stated they went over it with the tech and there was no referigerant in it. The tech never stated that at all. The customer service sucks. They will not own up to anything. The tech was here for 4 hours trying to troubleshoot what he did. He’s never even worked on an older thermostat! He opened the thermostat and was messing with it for about 10 minutes scratching his head. Straight rookie! Although he was nice, he messed up the ac with no recourse whatsoever! A maintenance only takes about 20 minutes!
