My heater recently started making a loud hum. So I scheduled a service call with Lucky Air. First problem, The technician that came out only had a 7 foot ladder to get on my roof. So, After he just about fell off, he asked if I had a brick or something so he could prop one of the legs of his ladder up with, I asked that he not use his ladder and brought out my extension ladder for him to use. After he ran around my house with a thermometer for a while, it became apparent that he had NO CLUE as to what was causing the hum and told me that my heater/AC unit was very old. (It was installed in 2007) He then spent another 20 minutes trying to sell me an additional $700 worth of unnecessary stuff like a maintenance contract, a start up kit and and couple other items that were not going to resolve the problem for which he was here for in the first place. I was told that my service call would be $49. But, when he was finished writing up my invoice, it turned into a $121. He wanted an additional 1/2 hour labor. Remember, He did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to resolve the problem for which he was here for in the first place. In fact, I had to run out to his truck before he drove off and asked him to come back in and explain why the lights were now flashing on my thermostat. He didn't even have the courtesy to take the ladder down that I let him use. I might as well have just thrown $121 out the window. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!

Michael Melton performed an A/C Tune Up. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He showed me the areas of concern and was very descriptive in his explanation of why it was a concern. Michael worked up estimates, but allowed me to decide what worked best for me with no pressure on his part. He went way above the norm to fix my antiquated filter unit. I will not hesitate to call Lucky Air for any services required on my HVAC and highly recommend them.

Tech was on time, courteous, knowledgeable. Found the problem, fixed it. Service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

After going through several HVAC contractors and having bad experiences, glad we found Lucky Air. Have had Lucky Air now for 10 years ever since they installed two new HVAC systems for us (upstairs, downstairs). Overall very happy. They definitely stand out among HAVC contractors.

Michael the technician was very professional & honest . He reviewed all our systems and provided an estimate . He was thorough & extremely detailed . The price was more than fair . He spent time explaining the issues , and left a detailed estimate . I would call Lucky again in a heartbeat .

Chris came to evaluate my furnace, AC and ducts to determine if I could improve the quality of air flo. He gave me several options and I chose what I thought I needed. Good service!

My service tech was Michael Melton. Professional, polite, motivated and meticulous. A dependable hard working individual that requires no supervision. You have to personally witness Mike’s performance to appreciate my comments. Lucky Air is fortunately lucky to have Mike in the tech team.
