Highly recommend. Lucky Air is outstanding! I don't usually write reviews but had to for my 2 amazing experiences. Anthony the tech and Liz in customer service were above and beyond. Anthony was quickly able to diagnose why air cond was blowing warm air. Cost to replace starter in outdoor unit was fair and problem solved! Few years ago they came out and cleared my condensation line, very affordable. Thank you Lucky Air for being professional, locally owned honest company who values their customers and dedication to service! Grade A company!

Omar was our tech that came out same day we called. We didn't have to wait which was amazing during this heat wave. He was very professional and explained in full detail everything he did as well as shoe us. He cleared the clogged and drained the system and our AC was up and running again. He informed us of the annual maintenance program which we the thought was an awesome deal and signed up for it. Both my husband and I were very pleased and grateful he was able to take care of it same day. Thank you Omar! Lucky Air is indeed lucky to have you on their team as a tech.

Had a serviceman come out to give an estimate for my furnace. He gave me a list of seven different parts that “needed” to be replaced. The estimate was $2686. I found it suspicious that all seven parts were bad. I went online and found the parts at one-third the price. I tested the “bad” parts and they all checked out fine. I got some advice from an online HVAC tech and narrowed the problem down to the control board. The one part the Lucky rep didn’t identify as bad. I replaced the board myself for $300 and now it works! Had I used “Lucky” my bill would’ve been over $3,000! Lucky I didn’t!!!!!

Anthony Acosta provided excellent service on my mini-split and my central heater. He is very professional and customer service oriented. Unfortunately, he had an accident backing out of my driveway and knocked over my gate post. He apologized and let me know he would repair it soon. Lucky Air contacted me immediately to schedule the repair. Within a few days, both Anthony and his supervisor Ray Lapetina, came over and made the repair. Anthony and Ray are men who make good on their promises. They said they would "make it right", and they did. Thank you Anthony and Ray! And thank you all at Lucky Air. You all provide great customer service.

Unfortunately technician was very rude never came across anything like that he started talking to somebody from his company telling them I am a very strong woman. OK I am a strong woman, but what does that have to do with anything he took forever to tell me anything about anything that's going on and I at the end I got very frustrated with him and I told him to leave. I hope he does has a better attitude with others, he needs to learn about customer service.
