They did a fair job installing, but where nice and considerate. But when I asked them to fix something they were more than willing and happy to do so. They even noticed installation defects and scheduled themselves to come back and fix. Going that extra mile in their service! I would hire them again for any of their services.

The technician showed up and not only checked everything but told me everything that was going on then explained to me the system and fixed the problem he was professional informative and I'm so glad we used them I won't recommend anyone else their number one in the business as far as I'm concerned

I was receiving an error on my thermostat and air seemed to be less cold all of a sudden recently. Lucky Air sent Bill out to check things out. Bill discovered that my condensing unit was in need of a good cleaning and took care of that for me. He also needed to do a proper reset of my system to get everything communicating properly. My errors are gone and my system is running great now! Cold air is flowing!

Bill from Lucky Air was a great tech! Very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and make suggestions on issues with my Air Conditioner. I will be going with Lucky Air again.

Great service. Both Michael Melton and Noah Fiero (spelling?) were great. Very friendly and both went above and beyond the job they were sent out for. Noah installed our new thermostats for us and Michael helped to temporarily seal a small leak that was found coming from the roof while inspecting the heater system in the attack. Would recommend either one of them and the company as well. Prompt service and knowledgeable staff.

I’m going to keep this short, but both Noah and Collin represented this business very well. The integrity and kindness they portrayed was above and beyond what I experienced from other contractors. They were very patient with my questions and more than willing to educate me without jargon, (which is tough to do in my opinion, when you’re dealing with the ins and outs of home equipment/water/electrical/piping etc.) I was truly blessed to have this company assist me when they did. I feel more empowered to keep my home up to date, especially because I know There’s a company out there called Lucky Air Inc who will be readily available to help! I am a very very happy costumer. Look, I said I would keep it short and look at me haha... oh well, they are worth every word!

Technicians were very professional. Install was above expectations. This would be 5 stars if it was not for the extremely long wait (45 minutes) following install to pay for the services. This process needs to be vastly improved.

GREAT AND TIMELY SERVICE
I called Lucky Air to get a comparable quote and evaluation for work needed. When the lucky Air contractor came out , he was extremely professional and evaluated the situation and gave me an honest quote which was actually thousands of dollars under what the previous company evaluator gave . Lucky Air did a very thorough and complete job with a professional friendly manner. I really appreciate the integrity demonstrated by this company and the efficient and friendly provision of services. I highly recommend Lucky Air! 👍
