Great technician. Got my problem solved right away. In retro. though a digital smart thermostat could have been sold to me rather then an over-priced analog meter, also I could have had a rebate with a smart meter and one week after they did there work the entire system went down.

Omar was very clean and progessional and explaned everything thst was done and what wasnt done. thank you Omar for your professionalism.

The guy was professional, informative and good to go. Not only was he on time, he took his time and did more than required. 100% recommendation. These guys are top knotch.

This is an unprofessional business. The maintenance to A/C unit was not done as promised by the company due to staffing problems, there fore the problem was not detected. When it was finally documented by another technician, the company promised to fixed the problem without out of pocket expense on my part, but that’s only if I signed to have another unit installed at my new construction unit. The A/C unit was installed in 2017 and has mayor leaking in the coil. The price offered to repair the leak,, was substantially higher than the average price. After googling other companies and prices, this company rating is at one at best. The technician was a lot more professional than the one in charge of the company… please shop around when decisions are done. A/C unit is expensive as it is….

Was able to figure out why my ducting smelled mildewing when my heater was on. Great service company!

I have to say the most specific extraordinary aspect was the service tech himself. The rest of the service was great, easy to pay the invoice and all digital. But Chris was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and quick. I commission HVAC for a living so I can attest to knowledge and his explanations were great. I would recommend this service and probably specifically request Chris again if I could or need service.

Very unhappy! 3 different men came out and each one told me something different. Heater never got fixed. I would not recommend.

I paid for an AC tune up from their ad. Tech, broke the AC, replaced the wrong parts in attempts to fix with no success. No response from manager, and when called office, lady was rude and not helpful with any timeframes for repair. Manager calls me says compressor is broken, no propellent and the refused to work on the property anymore because the tennant and landlord were rude.

Richard was our technician and was knowledgable and professional. He got our A/C units up and running quickly. Great service, we would use them again.
