I was sold a new AC unit system back in Nov 2018. I don't have a big house, but over time, I figured out that my AC unit was working harder than it needed to. I discovered significant air draft coming from the supply plenum during a recent renovation project and have been reaching out to Haddon via phone, email and their website for 4 months. I can't get anyone to get back to me to talk to me and have someone check the issue before my warranty expiration. It was only when I drove 40 minutes earlier this month and showed up at their office that I was able to talk with someone to send someone to check out my issue. They sent someone to clean out the copper piping they left in the crawlspace from the previous system but the gentleman was too big to fit where the issue is and check the issue further. He said he would tell Haddon to send a smaller person to check out the issue and remedy. I have left a few voicemails to my recent contact and have yet to hear back. What gives guys? Paid $12k for a new system and this is how you guys treat your clients? I am very disappointed by this experience.
This is my second review. Once again it two 2 days for them to call me back and my ac has broken twice since the install. After chasing them down it takes 3 weeks to get service person out. Please dont use this company.
They take care of our home system and the ones at our two rental properties. They are always on time and keep our systems clean and running great. Thanks!
You get the sense right from your initial contact with them that Haddon is a family-owned business. We felt our comfort was as important to them as if we were members of their family. It’s quite easy to see why our own friends and family recommended them. We will do the same.
This is the "official installer" for "big box" home stores and Costco. They made the appointment in seconds, but they never showed up, and then they called on the phone and did an "arm's length" estimate from 100 miles away, which was apparently deliberately double... The last estimate I got to replace my system was $13,000. Haddon's estimate: $28,000!!
I can't recommend wasting time on these guys, since they are obvious pirates, who claim "shortages of equipment" and "we're terribly busy..."
Disrespectful, pandering, opportunistic and parasitic are all good terms here, and there is no way in hell, Haddon...
They don't want your job, but they want to charge you, a lot...

Good prompt work
I think they forgot to tell me I’d need to clean the filter screens
