    Updating my original review of 1-star due to a horrible encounter with sales rep Patrick Gleeson.

    Once the company got wind of the issues, one of the Executive Directors of the company quickly responded and resolved the issue I had. Clayton is a class act, and I appreciate his professionalism and commitment to making things right on top ensuring my heating and duct systems were installed and balance for efficiency but optimum performance.

    The installers were great also, they were knowledgeable, respectful of my house and property, and solved some complex issues with my system. I will defiantly use them in the future!

    Thank you Haddon Heating & Cooling. You all are true problem solvers!

    I bought the HVAC system through the Costco deal in October 2018. The sales person was good. The system stopped working completely June 2021. I followed all the directions on protecting my unit. I replaced the filter each year. Early June i started to get communication errors and then the system stopped working. I called and called. I left messages, I received no call backs. My boyfriend called for me and finally got an answer. They scheduled, took 2+ weeks to wait. The tech came, complained bitterly for being at my home with the hardest call late on a Friday. After calling multiple people to try to get help as couldn't figure out why not working, he finally said oh, this thermostat is on recall. He said it would take a while to get it in but they would call me when have it and schedule. I was given no confirmation so after a week I called, and called and wrote emails and called, forwarded, left messages and called again. Finally got through and got an appointment weeks out. Day came and window of 1-5. At 4:45 I called to get an update. They couldn't reach the tech so had to call me back. When they did said tech was in an Attic and would be a couple of hours more and had to reschedule. I made a joke about did I have a choice. Instantly told me I had a choice to use someone else and got snippy. I said I wanted the appointment. I got no appointment. Don't buy from this company. Once the sale is over, they don't care.

    The unit was purchased through Home Depot. We had several unanswered questions but we moved on. Then 2 years later, our water heater went out. Techs couldn't get to it because of ducts surrounding it and water heater not accessible. We started trying to communicate with Haddon Company. They came out and unfortunately encountered a negative experience with the person we had left to open door. Then we were advised they'd never returned and that we were to be ignored. Hopefully someone in management will see this and call me. Emails go unread, calls not returned.

    I looked at the new home and knew the most expensive project we had was updating the central air. We called around and found out it wasn't going to be as bad as I thought. Haddon installed it for us and things feel great inside now.

    Recently our furnace stop operating. It was 20 years old and wasn't repairable. We called around and Haddon, among others, came out and provided an estimate and firm bid. We were impressed by their presentation. Based on the value of the options and product knowledge from the estimator came back to them. We hired them to do the work and again appreciated how they were able to come out quickly. The guys that did the job worked hard and stayed late. They made sure we knew how to use the new thermostat and cleaned up the work area well. Glad to be warm again and the new unit works great. Thanks again to the Haddon team for their professional work.

    Worst company ever. They are overpriced and do not communicate well at all. There sales person quoted us a 3 day install its been 3 months and the job is still not done of course there were a couple shipping delays but we didn't learn about them tell weeks after they were supposedly ordered. They pretty much got paid and ignored us. There installers showed up unprepared and were only there for 2 hours because they did not have the right parts. They could have picked up the parts at a store 10 min from our home or at worst a half hour if they didn't have it. They haven't offered any kind of compensation and just blamed everything on covid. Convenient excuse.

    We took advantage of a deal we saw through Home Depot when we decided to replace our furnace and AC. Through HD they put us in contact with Haddon who is apparently their HVAC partner. Our experience was really great! From the initial in-home consultation with Will to the actual install with Angle and Anthony...everything was very professional and honest. We always felt safe having people in our home during the pandemic. They always wore masks and kept a safe distance.

    Angel was really great and informative throughout the install. He took his time to explain everything to us and how the implementation was going to go. We came across a couple hiccups however (which is why I didn't give 5 stars). When we originally had the first consultation, we were informed that we'd be able to get zoning for the upstairs and downstairs AND we were recommended a super-high efficiency furnace. Turns out the furnace that we originally paid for wouldn't work with the pipe setup we had and the zoning option really wasn't an option because of how uncertain they were about our ducting. They did rectify the furnace issue and immediately replaced it with one that was less efficient (and covered the additional cost because it was a premium brand).

    The zoning issue was a bummer but we also understood. It would have been better to just have the proper expectations set because we were really looking forward to that. But as far as the experience goes, they were really great and I would highly recommend.
