Five star service! Jedi our technician was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning. He even made suggestions to lower our utility costs. We had a tune up for our air conditioner last summer and this year a tune up for our heating system. I would highly recommend Jedi and Big Air Heating and Air Conditioning. They are honest and reliable.

James did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He arrived on time and explained each step of the process. I asked that he leave a Big Air sticker on the unit so I would always call them first. I couldn't be happier. Highly Recommend!!!!!!!

This company is great. They came out quickly to my mother-in-law’s home and analyzed the problem suggesting a new part (another company wanted to replace the entire heating and air for $12,000 at a 90 year old woman’s home). The part was installed later that day for about $600, and they went out of their way to come back the same day so she wouldn’t have to go another day with no heat. Very nice technicians.

We used Big Air to replace our home AC unit over 10 years ago (after calling Service Champions and getting sleezy, young inexperienced technicians). I also use Big Air for my business for maintenance. They always do a great job. They have experienced and friendly HVAC technicians. They are always accommodating and it’s so easy to schedule an appointment. They don’t try to sleaze you into services you don’t need. Highly recommend!!

I am very pleased to give Big Air Heating & AC a 5 star review. From the very first phone call they have been helpful, professional & knowledgeable. I was in need of an AC tune up since it had been many years since anyone has really took care of the unit. My unit didn't seem to be performing as well as it had in the past and I was just blaming it on old age! The tech thoroughly cleaned my unit, installed my new filter & found the culprit for what was probably making my unit struggle. Seems the sound insulation had come loose and was blocking the air intake on the motor. In all these hot days we've had it was only a matter of time before I burned out my furnace blower motor. So a big THANK YOU to Big Air Heating & AC. He also ventured into my attic to inspect the ducts and gave me a big thumbs up that they look great!! I know when it's time to replace my units I will be calling you back!!

I put my trust in your company's workmanship and materials do do the best job possible. After completing my AC installation, I've had to call Big Air back twice to fix issues of ducting workmanship, this is going to be the third time someone from your company will return to my home to fix a problem . . . not good for your business!
