AC Repair Team

AC Repair Team repaired my air conditioning system at my Concord, CA home. When I called to make an appointment, Patrick answered the phone, gave me an acceptable service call quote, and booked a technician to come out within a few hours.
The service technician was well mannered and professional. He got my air conditioner blowing cold air within 30 minutes. He changed the filters and did some other technical stuff to make sure everything was working correctly.
I would rate their service, attitude, value, and customer service five stars.

Norm is an exceptionally talented repairman. I called a few air conditioning companies in the Concord area to repair my ac unit and none were not even close to Norm’s customer service. He came out within 2 hours and explained my options. I had a lot of confidence in Norm so I trusted him to install a new unit. His price was very reasonable and the new air conditioner is wonderful-the install team was great!!!!

These folks are lovely to deal with; their attitude was pleasant. They were super friendly and made an appointment for me on the same day. The issue I was having was warm blowing air all the time, and on a hot day in Concord, that's not going to over too well with my wife.
The tech showed up and was friendly and well dressed, his conduct was professional, and he went right to work finding the issue and writing me a detailed repair cost.
After approving the repairs, he needed to order a few parts because it was late in the day, and he wasn't able to pick up what he needed. No worries, it wasn't that hot outside.
The next day he was back getting my air conditioner back up and blowing cold air.
This gentleman is quite the mechanic and did a great job. I am happy to pay the amount due because it was very reasonable for the work performed. He also guaranteed the repairs for a year.

My air conditioner stopped working, so I called five contractors to estimate the replacement or repair. My AC unit is approximately fifteen years old. I am an engineer and did my research and decided on the Carrier Infinity system.
After looking at the estimates from these contractors, I decided to get financing through the hero program. Using their website for locating a participating contractor, I was unsatisfied with the first 3, so the last one I called was AC Repair Team. They gave me a short education on different types of systems, which were helpful. I like the dual-fuel system, a system that can use natural gas or all-electric because I have solar panels, cutting the cost in half.
These guys are hands down the most professional and knowledgeable individuals, and it was a no brainer to pick them.

My heat went on the blink, and I needed some help getting it working. I called a few businesses and liked how the AC Repair Team went out of their way to get over here and give me the rundown on what was needed to get some heat blowing again. I had the feeling it was going to be a significant job because of how old my unit was. Sure enough, it needed to be replaced, and my main concern was how fast they could get a new furnace unit installed.
Thankfully they had a furnace in stock and installed it the next day. What a great bunch of guys to go out of their way and get my heat up and running so quickly. The cost was reasonable. I kinda knew what to expect price-wise. I'm a satisfied customer as the house heats up so fast now.
