Bob's Air Repair

What's not to like? I called Bob's Air Repair because we had no heat. Bob himself showed up and got us going. He was friendly, and managed to get us in the same day we called. He took the time to explain what our problem was and had the part on him van.

We contracted the company to clean some vents and duct work for one of our HVAC- customers. They came out in a timely manner and were very pleasant. Very good company. I look forward to do working with them again!!

In the middle of the last heat wave I called Bob's Air Repair to fix my AC and they came the next day. The tech was on time and very nice and knowledgeable. After spending a lot of time diagnosing the problem he said because it was such a high end unit it would be to my benefit to contact the dealer and have them do the work because the parts could be on warranty and save me a lot of money. Wow, even though he could do the work, fix it and get the money for doing so he was trying to save me money! Here's the kiker, because he didn't actually do anything except do a diagnosis, Bob's Air Repair returned the service fee. Who does that? I would recommend them without any reservation. The tech was VERY methodical and knowledgeable. He was able to locate the issue with our broken AC in a matter of minutes.
After he fixed the issue, he went through and cleaned every surface. He even added extra insulation to the thermostat wires which had some splits in the cable jacket.
Whoever had worked on it in the past had left an access panel loose. Jon put it back in place and added the missing screws.

Highly recommend, very caring company. My 84 yr old mom was without heat, they initially said they wouldn't have the part for a couple of days. Her sister was coming for thanksgiving so they hunted down a part and came right back out to fix system.
